Robert was extremely helpful throughout my visit, and the reception staff were equally friendly and professional. The room was cosy, very clean, and well-maintained, which made it easy to feel comfortable right away. The location is also excellent — very close to everything, making it convenient to explore the city. Highly recommend staying here!

First of all, the view is breathtaking! We were upgraded to a larger room, and every request was handled quickly. They spoiled us with champagne, and their spa is amazing—it’s like living in a dream. The dining room is packed with delicious food, and the atmosphere is so pleasant. This is the perfect place to disconnect ❤️ We’ll definitely be back again!

Located in the centre of Predeal, Hotel Carmen offers free access to the spa centre. You can take a swim in the heated indoor pool, relax in the hot tub, use the dry and wet sauna or the fitness room.... We liked the closeness to the mountain attractions, the classic architecture successfully complemented by modern facilities, the cleanliness, attention to every detail, the restaurant, the amazingly curated artwork both in room and common areas, the prices and the comfortable bed and bedding.

Set in Poiana Brasov resort, just 50 metres from the cable ski lift, at the bottom of the Subteleferic ski slope, Teleferic Grand Hotel offers panoramic mountain views and free WiFi. A really recommendable hotel. We got a very nice big room, well equipped, clean with Rituals cosmetics (I didn't need to take my own), elegant mountain decor. Brilliant breakfasts, huge selection of food, sweet, savory, for children, also very good quality. I regret that I don't have such breakfasts at home. Service nice but unobtrusive. There is nothing I could complain about. I will recommend this spot for sure.

The 4-star superior Kronwell Brasov Hotel features a stylish à la carte restaurant, state-of-the art facilities, and free WiFi. Staff was outstanding, pleasant and attentive, especially Amalia who went out of her way to assist us. Rooms are specious and beds are excellent. Breakfast is very good with wide selection - including vegetables that are usually missing at hotels. Free parking on premises. If you arrive by train to Brasov the hotel is right by the train station.

The hotel was clean and smelled great, even in the pool area. The breakfast had a great variety of food. I liked it very much.

Situated in Poiana Brasov, 11 km from Dino Parc, Swissôtel Poiana Brasov features accommodation with a bar and private parking. The manager is the best of any hotel I have been to. He has clearly it introduced many changes since only recently taking charge. The staff talk fondly of him and the changes. They seem very motivated and service orientated. Nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant is really excellent and I would like to single out Corina for praise. She recommended I try the steaks and it was really excellent. The barman Walter is also a super friendly chap extremely service orientated.
