A really recommendable hotel. We got a very nice big room, well equipped, clean with Rituals cosmetics (I didn't need to take my own), elegant mountain decor. Brilliant breakfasts, huge selection of food, sweet, savory, for children, also very good quality. I regret that I don't have such breakfasts at home. Service nice but unobtrusive. There is nothing I could complain about. I will recommend this spot for sure.

Superior hotel Kronwell Brasov ima 4 zvezdice i raspolaže a-la-carte restoranom, vrhunskim sadržajima i besplatnim bežičnim internetom. Staff was outstanding, pleasant and attentive, especially Amalia who went out of her way to assist us. Rooms are specious and beds are excellent. Breakfast is very good with wide selection - including vegetables that are usually missing at hotels. Free parking on premises. If you arrive by train to Brasov the hotel is right by the train station.

He has clearly it introduced many changes since only recently taking charge. The staff talk fondly of him and the changes. They seem very motivated and service orientated. Nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant is really excellent and I would like to single out Corina for praise. She recommended I try the steaks and it was really excellent. The barman Walter is also a super friendly chap extremely service orientated.
