The room was very charming and clean with high quality of amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Don't forget the breakfast which was very tasty with many traditional treats as well! The hotel is placed in an excellent location - very close to the historic monuments and supermarket. Staff was very friendly and helpful: they allowed us to check in earlier, then one of the ladies- she spoke German- came and gave us directions to the tourist area of town and suggestions for lunch locations, internet password. Breakfast was quite substantial!!!! I mean it. For a dinner or lunch close by -it is a pizza place advertisement on the street ( but has full restaurant menu) behind the corner few meters down the road - good prices, nice setting and clean. Hotel staff was really, really nice. Room has balcony with flowers.... love it ! overall very very good hotel and clean. Price, comparing with other B&B and hotels in that town, the best deal. Bus station is right there, also. We travel by bus while in Romania, so this detail was very important for us.

Located in the heart of Transylvania, Ensana Sovata is only 200 metres from the helio-thermal Lake Bear, featuring salty water. It offers free WiFi and a breakfast buffet. Staff was helpfull friendly and nice Room was great with balcony and hotel centraly located Sadly we could not stay but one night and a day and take advantage of the great ammenities and spa- treatment center because we had a death in the family and had to leave in the middle of the night Staff was so empathic and nice to help us get to train station in Sighisoara and also reimburse us for the rest of the week which we booked and paid already We will return for sure We can not thank them enough for what they did for us in that difficult moment

Food was great, we took three meals per day and it was never under our expectations. Soups are especially great. Would come back always there. Parking is difficult in the region, but we never had any issues to find a spot. Owner is very helpful and the hotel is located in the perfect spot.
