The staff, very friendly and go extra mile to help and assist the guests. They even provided a birthday cake for my daughter for free even though we told them at almost midnight. The rooms were clean. Parking is available with some charge. Breakfast was good. Location is good with a 20 minutes walk to the old town but it’s not a problem if you have a car. There is big park in front of the hotel.

Great backyard with plenty of space for barbeque for multiple groups. The photos don't do justice to this location! For sure we'll get back there for the accommodation and for the Cisnadioara itself!

We would come back without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway in nature.
