We had a wonderful stay; the hosts were very welcoming and everything was thought so we would have a great and relaxing time. The Supermoon is very cleverly arranged and there was everything we needed there. The homemade breakfast was great too as well as all the explanations, information and visit ideas that were shared with us. We really had a lovely and relaxing experience.

Hotell Kung Gösta is just around the corner from Mora Train Station and 20 minutes’ walk from the Zorn Museum. Tomteland Theme Park is only a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Very friendly staff that made a solo traveller welcome. Buffet meals had plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Having a small indoor pool and sauna was great but I did not have time to explore these fully. Bag drop and shower after my cross country ski race and after check out was the icing on the cake. 5 min walk to train station has to be up there too.

Little gift bag with a handful of chocolates. Parking from Sunday night until 10am Monday ended up being free with public car park within 50m of hotel.

Beautiful view. My partner and I even managed to see the nothern light from our hotel room. Staff was an absolute delight. Super helpful and kind both from the lovely receptionists to the waiters in the restaurant. Even before we arrived they were great at accommodating my requests and helping me find transport to the hotel. The spa was small but very lovely after a long day of skiing. The breakfast included was good and healthy! With some Scandinavian treats included. It was walking distance from the lifts.
