I am completely conquered by Ramira Joy Hotel for it's helpful, complaisant & attentive personnel, for it's attractive location (6 minutes to the Kleopatra beach and 5 minutes to everywhere, the market, shopping center, etc. I have also taken Hurrem's Spa procedure, which was fantastic. And , for any doubts, Kleopatra beach outstandingly gorgeous place to visit!!!The meal was diverse & delicious, dry white Chardonnay is worth trying, the room was cosy & comfortable, everything you need is available with staff assistance. I arrived at night and due to personnel was welcomed and supported. Fresh, clean laundry and towels, all bathroom stuff are completely provided.

Like a second home in Alanya! There are everything what you need in the clean and new appartement, 7 minutes to the beach, supermarket and cafes are everywhere around but it’s a quiet area. Very friendly host and staff.

I liked everything, from the location of the hotel to the cleaning of the room. Clean, room cleaning every day, staff very friendly, everything you need to cook. There is a jacuzzi on the roof, but the water is very warm. Within walking distance, cafes, shops, beaches, seaport. The beaches are different, mostly with stones. Beach number 1 has sand, you will need to walk to get there.

The staff, especially Yufuf was exceptionally thoughtful. From the ride to the Resort, to the tea brought to our room because he knew we had a cold. Just a super treatment all around. Nice apartments, clean, with kitchen equipped enough for some basic cooking. Located in 5 mins of walk from beach. There are a lot of caffe and restaurants around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Regular cleaning. Wifi is ok for work. Definitely recommend to visit!
