Personel bardzo pomocny - w dniu wyjazdu otrzymaliśmy pomoc w zorganizowaniu prywatnego transportu do Antalya w przystępnej cenie, bardzo dziękujemy! Z hotelu kursuje bus, który dowozi na plażę Makara Beach, gdzie w beach barze można korzystać z bezpłatnych leżaków (dwa razy rano odjeżdża i dwa razy popołudniu bus wraca). Nieopodal, na ulicy Kazim Karabekir, kilka knajpek i sklepów. Na przeciwko hotelu sklep spożywczy, niemalże całodobowy. Do starego miasta trzeba liczyć ok. 25 min. spaceru, ale droga szybko leci. Myślę, że wrócilibyśmy ponownie :)

Everything! Among top hotels in which I stayed (and stayed in several hundreds) - as expected from a 5-star hotel but this was even a bit beyond… From the very first moment at the parking and then reception to the very last moment at departure everything was simply perfect. Our suite was big, modern, super clean, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, nice terrace (looking onto the fields behind, meaning on the quiet side). Food was delicious, very tasty, wide selection of everything. Swimming pool is large and the water is extra clean (perhaps with just a bit too much chlorine?). Every evening great show - the best in our 3-day stay was the group from Colombia. The sandy beach is nice, quite close (transfer 3-4 min by bus, every half an hour) and the service is well organized there as well. Staff is excellent, everybody very nice and pleasant. All in all, not a single complaint (perhaps the location outside the little town of Side which is a gem in itself). Highly recommended, absolutely great hotel!

The hotel is not too big, but maybe that's the point. You feel at home, maybe even more than that because the staff is constantly serving you, looking after you, the hotel manager Savas goes around the entire hotel, even the beach, and checks if everything is okay and if anyone is missing something. And so on every day. He helped us with a minor health problem, but also successfully arranged a second taxi, because the first one we booked in our own arrangement for transportation from the hotel to the airport did not show up, which saved us from missing our flight. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food is good, something for everyone, there are enough sun loungers on the beach and despite the fact that there is no bar on it, they serve water, drinks, sandwiches, fruit and ice cream. The animation team always somehow manages to persuade you and include you in one of the many activities. And despite the many activities offered, the hotel is quiet so you can read a book in peace. All of this together is obviously the reason why people keep coming back here. P. S. Don't hesitate to ask for another pillow, they even have orthopedic ones!
