Many conveniences in the room I have not seen many places in Ukraine, except when paying a much higher price--like a hot water kettle, tissues in the bathroom, excellent lighting. Drinking water available on the floor and in the lobby. A very pleasant place.

The hotel is great, the condos are clean and nicely heated. The staff are supefriendly and traveling with three cats was really easy. The restaurant is close and everything was tasty. As a plus the hotel is really close to the road so you wouldn't miss it, and if you need any necessities there is a market two minutes away and a drug store.

Honestly, the hotel is great, the saunas are great. The massages are great. The food is great. But what takes the cake is the Staff. I've never felt like a regular at a hotel before. And the first time I was here was the same as this time - warm, welcoming, helpful, amazing staff. Treat you like your family, and like it's their home. I don't give perfect ratings (just about ever), but this hotel deserves it. Bit far outside of center, but worth it if you want a hotel (by a lake), friendly and efficient and affordable staff, but most of all - everything at once, in the right amounts, with the right level of East/West/World friendliness and efficiency. Cannot rate them high enough.
