Very nice staff, very clean room and hotel. The shower was fantastic, the view from our oom, allow us to see an amazing sunset 2 swimming pools and 1 hot tub, each one with different water temperatures. We also used the fitness center, very complete - unfortunately it is not showed in Booking.com, but they have a fitness center there. They supply also umbrellas in case of rain and beach towel, as many as you need.

Located in the heart of Waikiki, 2 minutes' walk to Waikiki Beach, Halepuna Waikiki is a luxury boutique hotel surrounded by shopping and dining. The location was amazing, literally a 2 min walk to Waikiki Beach. The rooms were spacious, light, beautiful, clean and comfortable. The added bonuses including water bottles and jandals, wine and ice-cream happy hour were lovely. The swimming pool and spa pool with bar facilities were awesome. All staff from the front desk to room attendants were friendly and professional. We appreciated that daughter's room was next door to ours as we had requested. We hired a rental car for 3 days and the parking was easily sorted with the hotel. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Located within 13 km of Lava Tree State Park and 17 km of Lava Tree State Monument, Wild Blue Water provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Pahoa. Great room, bed and position. Great spot for a couple to relax and enjoy genuine peace, no passing traffic, no noticeable neighbours and no tv. Pool and outside spa were great and the viewing spot near the oceans edge was a delightful surprise.

Featuring sea views, Kona Magic Honu Room provides accommodation with patio, around 200 metres from White Sands Beach Park. Perfect spot for our first night in Hawaii. Easy to communicate with Mychelle, who was there when we arrived to welcome us and show us the amenities.

Offering a garden and sea view, Orchid Tree B&B is situated in Hilo, 200 metres from Honoli'i Beach Park and 3.3 km from The Pacific Tsunami Museum. The bed was super comfortable and the backyard was very mellow to hang out in at the end of the day. We also loved the chirping frogs. Breakfast was bagels with cream cheese, granola and yogurt, coffee and fresh fruit.

Discover a new chapter in its evolution featuring redesigned rooms and suites, refreshed infinity pools, new dining concepts and more. We stayed in a two bedroom suite facing the ocean and woke up to rainbows every morning! The hotel itself is in the best location in Waikiki and we appreciated proximity to all the luxury shops, restaurants and beaches. The D tower is close to a little market downstairs which was really helpful and Dean & Deluca provided some great caffeine fix. We also enjoyed the pool -- my 3 yr old niece made some very special memories learning to swim there. The property is sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and very secure with tons of helpful staff at the valet desk which was great for shopping/parking. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need, and while we ate out for the most part, it was really great to cook sometimes and do the laundry as we stayed over a week. The suite was very comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 1 kid, and the quality of service was exceptional throughout our stay. From the cleaning staff to bell men to front desk, every single hotel staff we encountered remained courteous, quick and kind. In particular the concierge team, Jordan and Aiko, went above and beyond their ways to make our stay so special for my sister's wedding and I am so grateful for all their help before, during and after our stay. My mom loved the view and ambience of La Vie restaurant for breakfasts and we enjoyed Friday fireworks twice during our stay, once from the Italian restaurant on site and also from our suite. It is as good as it gets in Waikiki when you have such a luxurious, calm and peaceful home base, especially for a family visit. I also stayed at Kahala resorts before my family arrived and still think that the Ritz was the best choice for the family to spend time together. As someone who spends more time at 5 star hotels than my own home, the quality of the staff and service really stood out for me for this property and I look forward to going back❤️🌈

Best Hyatt we ever stayed at. Incredible location, great facilities and outstanding service from the staff (everywhere). Alondra at the front desk was just brilliant! We really enjoyed our stay.
