I totally like the hotel vibes as soon as arrived. I was greeted and the girl at the reception explained all the facilities and important information. The decoration is so on point that I could live there if I could. Pool seems hot and steamy, yet I didn't have the opportunity to go there. The room has so many details that make you stay there all day, like the LP and the vintage decor. I definitely recommend to stay there.

Conveniently located in the centre of Boston, Raffles Boston offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a terrace. I am a very capricious customer. It’s really hard to make me happy. But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives. First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators. Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.

Boasting a bar, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is set in the centre of Boston, 1.2 km from Back Bay Station. Exceptional staff service. I have stayed in many other high-end hotels and all the 1 Dalton Street staff were completely focused on making my stay being as enjoyable as possible. Justin (Hotel Assistant Manager), Caroline (Guest Experience Specialist) and Eva (Front Office Manager) went the extra mile and they came across clearly as a team who enjoyed their work and wanted to make our visit like a place that can be described as home from home. All the the staff on the front desk and door where exceptionally kind and helpful. They too were a great team. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and so was the staff in One-plus-One and the Trifecta. The Room was high spec and we slept well. Breakfast and range of food was great. The pool was great.
