Breakfast was amazing! Best we have ever seen at a hotel. Outdoor pool was open which we were not expecting. Indoor pool warm, hot tub was nice. Great location. Quiet hotel. Kids enjoyed the cookies at night.

Sometimes pictures can be deceiving, but this place takes your breath away. It's close to the beach, it's located in a quiet walkable community. The house was inviting, warm, and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was extremely clean. I really appreciated that there was no hint of cigarette smoke or pet hair... we have allergies. There's a wine fridge, the kitchen included everything we needed except food. Full set of utensils, adequate amount of dishes. A K cup machine... I needed that. We couldn't stop commenting to ourselves about how wonderful this place was. There is parking right at the front door. We spent our nights at home because it was so peaceful. They provided an array of different games, books, and Netflix YEAH. The beach is not overpopulated like some places which made our stay even better. We have already made plans to return early next year. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. We have never felt so rested on vacation.

The view of the sound was amazing. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. All the extras like the games, the downstairs area with ping pong and foosball was so nice. It’s was so thoughtful to provide all the beach equipment. We loved the area with so much to do. We didn’t want to leave! We would definitely like to come back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

We loved it so much and would highly recommend staying here to anyone. Tom was great to deal with anything you needed he took care of it.

Loved the Host! Katy is the best host that I have ever had. Responded immediately to any question that I had about the property. The property itself was clean and well stocked. You pretty much don't need to bring anything! Even had a welcome basket for us with some goodies (coozies/water/granola bars). Katy thought of everything. I cannot say enough about this unit and Katy. Very clean and spacious. Lots of balconies too! I will be coming back another day in the future -- when it's warmer -- so that I can enjoy all the amenities that the unit has to offer (pools/hot tub/workout room, etc.).

From the kitchen to bathrooms and bedrooms, it is very well furnished. The Wi-Fi works well and everything was in working order.

This house is amazing. Located within a very quiet private neighborhood, the house is a typical 2br/2.5br with a large highly equipped kitchen, a porch with bbq, a balcony. There is a washing machine and a dryer, all the beach "stuff" such as chairs, umbrellas, floats, rackets, balls, towels was ready to use. If you want to can walk to all the shops and amazing restaurants, parking is right in front of the house. The large pool is private, therefore more than awesome. Pool house offers everything, from playground for the smaller ones to very clean restrooms and relaxing areas. Chairs and beds around the pools. Next to the pool there is a tennis court. Check in was very easy and comfortable. The friendly host gave us clear instructions and checked in a couple of times. So was the check out. The rooms are wonderful. Clean, comfortable beds, bathtub in each room, fresh towels, darkening curtains, a/c plus ceiling ventilators ... you name it. What a lovely place to be!
