The hosts, Elza and Albert, are gracious, welcoming, and ever so helpful. We just returned from almost 3 weeks in South Africa, staying in a number of guest houses. Riverside was our most enjoyable stay. We regretted not having booked a longer stay at this wonderful establishment. The attention to detail in all matters of the accommodation are quite remarkable, really. This is a must stay when in the Outdshoorn/George area. The breakfast room and fare were very upscale without feeling stuffy. Food was delicious!

What a phantastic place., so quiet and peaceful ! Willem (I hope we spell your name right) is the best host you could imagine, thank you for your kindness. Breakfast and especially dinner are outstanding, what a brilliant chef ! All staff members are very friendly. And last but not least: They have the nicest little cat we have ever met :-) We would love to return.

Featuring a patio with pool views, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, The Vic 1906 Self Catering Units can be found in Montagu, close to Hick's Art Gallery and 2.4 km from Montagu Golf Club. There was no breakfast included. The restaurant attached also did not open until the afternoon which was not handy. The food there was okay but not exceptional. It would have handy if there was an intercom from the gate to the room as I missed a few friends trying to find me. The owners are wonderful and I loved being there

Set just 1.2 km from Robertson Art Gallery, Cellar In Town provides accommodation in Robertson with access to an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, as well as a shared kitchen. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. There was a lot of food which filled us until supper time. Especially good before wine tasting all day. The sparkling pool was glorious. The room was great and very comfy. We loved the bath in the room. All in all a very classy, comfy stay. We will be back!
