SloveniaEverything was clean and as on the pictures. Ambient is warm and comfortable. Hosts are extremely nice and pleasant. I have celiac disease and they were adaptable by serving me gluten free bread at breakfast and also gluten free dinner. Dinner was exceptional. Spa area is beautiful and peaceful with refreshing drinks. Location is perfect, it's a walking distance from Kaiserburgbahn. The property also have storage for ski equipment. The only thing we were sad about was not seeing the owner (the dog :) ).

We had a wonderful stay at Beim Oswald! The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and although we visited in summer, it felt like stepping into a cozy winter fairytale. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We were just a few meters away from the cable car that takes you up to 2,000 meters into the stunning Julian Alps in Austria. Plus, Bad Kleinkirchheim was just a few minutes' drive away — a perfect location for a summer adventure!

A family hotel, as hotels were before. Local people work, who care about the guest's needs.Clean, everything works as it should.
They have 3 nice saunas and one IR sauna.
Which is more than expected. The pool is large and clean. The location is quite good when it comes to skiing in Bad. You only need 12 minutes of driving.
Room is big enough for 2 adult and two kids.
Will come again.

Great skiing resort.
Great skiing resort. Many ski-lifts and pistes to explore and they are all well prepared. The pistes are not too difficult, most of them are of medium difficulty, but there are also some pistes suited for learning skiers.
There is also a possibility to trek to the nearest peaks with or without the help of ski-lifts.
The wellness is also great with an outside heated pool from where you can see the ski pistes.
The area is well suited for families since it is peaceful and quiet.

Patergassen is vey small but Bad Kleinkirchheim just 7km away has everything you need plus cable cars and walking routes. The other way it is easy to reach the knockalm toll route which is stunning, and Turracherhohe cable car. The gem museum in Turracher is also worth a visit. Getting the Kärntnen card in the summer gives very good value for visitors.

We were at this location for 4 days in August.
We were at this location for 4 days in August. Nearby is Turracher Höhe, where you can go hiking or take the cable car – they also have a great trail for kids.
If you want to visit Ossiacher See or some of the other nearby lakes, it takes about an hour by car, so for some people it might feel a bit far from those destinations. But for us, it was perfectly fine and we really enjoyed our stay here.

An excellent destination for winter and summer stays.
An excellent destination for winter and summer stays. It is equipped with cable cars and picturesque skiing and trekking routes. It is close to Bad Kleinkirchheim, which has an even wider range of summer and winter activities. It is a preferred spot for those who like to be close to the heart of the action, but with the possibility of calming down in silence.

The town is wonderful.
The town is wonderful. I can imagine it in a beautiful winter idyll, covered in snow and illuminated with lights. Autumn time - just as beautiful, but the fact is that after 10 o'clock everything closes. I would also like to see more cycling areas clearly marked - they lack this in snow-free times.

Nice town, not too crowded in september.
Nice town, not too crowded in september. There is a great country bike trail, 15 km long. For all age and even for those with less experience on trails and for children.
There are also other more dificult trails within 20-30 min car ride.
An ofcorse a lot of beautifull mountains, a lot of them are above 2000m. They are covered in blueberries!
