United KingdomThe people are just so welcoming. From the owners (Alexandra and Ingo) to the restaurant and bar staff (Stavros) were delightful and hugely helpful. It is a hotel that wants to say ‘yes’. They love dogs and make everything as easy as possible. The food was fabulous, great cocktails and the room was immaculate and beautiful. Even the garage parking under the hotel is spacious and super clean !

One of the best ski areas in Europe.
One of the best ski areas in Europe. Extensive high quality lift system, lots of variation in terrain and piste altitude, difficultly and length. The lift system and pistes are at one with their mountain setting.

Fantastic place to stay.
Fantastic place to stay. It's a quiet little town, away from the hustle and bustle of St Anton. It has a number of great little hotels and the Brandle ski shop is brilliant. There are plenty of enjoyable runs here which I'd say are best suited for people who have had at least 1 ski holiday as there are minimal green runs, mainly blues and reds. Great intermediate runs. From Zurs you can access Lech, St Christoph, Stuben, St Anton, Lech and Warth.... it's a huge area. We went at UK half term and the pistes were never busy and the queues at lifts were minimal or non-existent. Superb destination that we will definitely come back to. If you go to Lech and want to have lunch there then book a table if you can. Everywhere else you don't need to.

Lech is lovely - a good looking resort with good places to...
Lech is lovely - a good looking resort with good places to eat - varied and not as expensive as the reputation suggests. The lift system is very good - although the link with Zurs isn't great - you need to use a track rather than piste to get back. But the ski buses are frequent and reliable, so fine. We mainly skied in Zurs and St Anton as snow was better, But links were great. You can ski all the way to the far side of St Anton in a short day.

If you are into downhill skiing, this place is ideal in all aspects - slopes, infrastructure and service.
I personally do not ski, I came to take awesome pictures of the mountains and I was not disappointed! Beauty is all around :))
Also I liked gourmet food and some luxury shopping. Can recommend a big Strolz shop and a terrace restaurant of the Arlberg hotel, which also has a good DJ.
So, if you want to feel pampered, spoilt and glamorous, come to Lech :))
