We took a bus to our hike which was convenient. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room had a kitchen which we used. Basics to prepare breakfast and small omelette dinners. Groceries nearby. Highly recommend.

I'll start with the awesome location - quiet, inside the mountain, wonderful views everywhere you look, clear air, clean water.
The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and in the room there was a nice wardrobe with plenty of space for your luggage. The room was very well designed and equipped with attention to every single detail - well done!
And now - last but not least - the staff was amazing - helpful, professional, friendly. If I can give 10 out of 10 for the hotel, the staff that works there added additional 10 on top of the overall rating - Thank you guys! Whoever is the manager in the hotel - you build awesome team - the staff you have is a real treasure!
PS - for someone who's looking for the parking details - parking is underground with plenty of spaces (1 space for each room/accomodation) and plenty of space to maneuver with large SUVs. There are a lot of parking spaces with dedicated electrical charging station. There was even a dedicated space where you can leave your personal bicycle (if you bring your own bicycle).

We stayed in the sleeping barrels which were so cute! A little warm at night in the summer but that’s all part of the camping experience.
The location was excellent. Situated right on the lake and surrounded by mountains. We were able to spend the full day swimming and playing on their inflatable water structure. There was a restaurant directly on the lake as well so we could grab a bite to eat.
The facilities were great as well. Bathrooms were very clean as well as showers. Dishwashing and laundry were available on site. Reception was lovely and were able to help us with any issues, even lent us ping pong paddles so we could play on the tables they had set up!
Overall a great stay, would 100% go again!

The hotel gives the welcome card which is great for free transport. I bought the Innsbruck card as I wanted to do as much as possible and it was well worth the money, several options available and getting it online and onto my phone was very quick and easy. Innsbruck and surrounding villages have so much to offer in so many ways, it’s a great destination with excellent transport links

Ski runs in Tux a bit short, but in general area is big and beautiful, also there are massive Zillertal Arena and Hintertux Glacier ski areas near by. We were traveling by car (there are also ski busses), so visited all nearby skiing locations (you may buy one skipass which will cover all of them). Also I'd recommend great Spa/pool facilities - Erlebnistherme Zillertal

We loved our basic but clean comfy room with a lake view. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced. Dinner a bit disappointing but we walked in late without a reservation. The spa was very nicea very beautiful space, but the water in tubs and pool could have been a bit warmer. I snuggles in my plush robe and had tea instead and had a lovely time in the spa regardless. There will be a next time! We hope to hike a lot more in the area and take the gondola up the mountain and see the lofty heights.

Typical Tyrol town which goes out of it's way to welcome tourists with helpful staff in the tourist office and lots of events. Great centre for walking with buses up and down the valley and a total of four lifts to the high places.
