Fantastic hospitality of the staff. Everyone made sure we were welcome and comfortable. Spacious room with a back patio available outside the door. Lounge area was comfortable and well equipped. Good internet made it possible to do more than just a few web pages and email. Such a great stay!

Very charming! Both the hotel and the dependence are beautifully-restored historic buildings in the center of the village. We stayed in the dependance, which is around the corner (next to the Hotel Suisse). The room was large and impeccably clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom was and modern. There are common spaces on the second and third floor, which would come in handy for an extended stay (sort of like a lobby area). Breakfast was wonderful! We also had dinner in the hotel which was very good.

The best hosts I've met in Switzerland and in general. Caring, kind, nice and from the heart and not because it was necessary. The location is excellent, near the train and bus station. The room is clean (including sheets and towels) also the toilet and shower. Excellent breakfast, they made an effort since I'm vegan. Highly recommended!!!!!

Outstanding and beautiful hotel on the lake. The staff is top-notch. The owner checked us in and even drove down to pick us up in Tirano when we couldn’t find the bus late one Sunday night. He also refused to take payment for that. Wish we had had more time there. We hope to go again someday.

Friendly, attentive staff, amazing location right beside train stop of the Rhätische Bahn, close to the lovely lake, wonderful shady garden behind the hotel away from the road. Good, pleasantly presented food. They cater for gluten free diet upon request.

Everything! Starting with the girl from the reception, Ana from the bar, the owners, the raclette we had at the restaurant 🫶 the room was clean and cosy! The location is the best! You can take the scenic train and go to St. Moritz!

The place is very beautiful and cozy. I want to say a big THANK YOU to miss Mina who was very kind waiting for us to arrive (check-in was until 18:00 and we arrived around 20:30 because the road was very slippery)

Clean room and comfy beds, excellent food and home made ice cream. What more can you ask for? The staff was very friendly and spoke both Italian and German, probably English too.
