We booked the waterfront villa so the view to the sea was amazing. A really comfortable room with a lot of space. There were free bikes that we used to explore the island or go to the mini market and the atm. There were also free kanoes. Amazing place.

Beautiful location, excellent friendly just put you feedback and do as little or as much as you like.

Simon is an amazing host . He picked us from airport and showed us around the island. We didn’t hire a car so without him it would be so hard to get around the island. He’s also very knowledgeable about the island . We’ve went on a ride and he talked about each village, some famous for crab , some famous for rugby players.

Surrounded by lush coconut trees, the entire house exudes a peaceful charm. One of the highlights of our stay was the close proximity to the beach—just a short walk away. It’s hands down one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited, with pristine sands and crystal-clear waters that made every moment there magical. The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. This resort is absolutely beautiful. The views of the coral lagoon is spectacular. If you want a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, this is the resort. The staff are very friendly and called my husband and I by our names.

Dylan was great. He helped us organise to go kite surfing, renting a scooter and picked us uo from the airport and took us back. He was always available to help. The view from the sunbeds was beautiful. Nice sandy beach. Great to have free kayaks and a swimming pool. Filtered water tap to fill up on water. Scooter rental on site so very easy to organise. Books available in reception. Bishop's boat cruise and vaka cruise in walking distance. 2 restaurants and one cafe all in walking distance too.

Amazing newly renovated bungalows right on the beach. Whale watching from the shore. Everything i wanted and away from everybody else but close enough to get into town easily. Maggie the host was super helpful and met us at the airport, arranged a motor scooter for us and then dropped us back at the airport.

A wonderful place set in a private beach. It seems to be in paradise.
