NetherlandsFor us the location of the hotel was excellent: the city center is quite accessible by public transport, but we lived in a real tranquility with birds singing next to the hotel almost non-stop. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cook who was making home-made desserts and breakfasts every day. The staff really went the extra mile to satisfy our requests, including ordering non-diary milk for coffee, even though it wasn't on the regular menu. The room was spacious, had everything we needed to live and work there for the two weeks that we stayed there. The airco in the room worked perfectly, keeping the room cool (but not too cold) over several days of +30°C outside.

The location is perfect, the room is both beautiful and cozy, and the service from the hotel staff has been outstanding. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everyone was incredibly warm and friendly. I requested an early check-in ahead of time due to my early arrival in Prague, and they happily accommodated me. They even went the extra mile by suggesting activities to enjoy during my stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague!

Very nice personnel especially receptionist Dan was very kind and answered all our questions, helped with reserving another stay. By the way the hotel was that good so we decided to stay for another night.
Great breakfast, nice swimming pool. The location is 10/10. If you're travelling by car - the hotel is close to the city tunnel so traffic jams are avoided, parking price is also quite cheap. 10 min by foot to the gorgeous Hrad, and the city view. Tram stop is next to the hotel, there are direct tram lines to the Hrad, St. Nicolas church, and the city center.

Great location, great breakfast, great staff, great and cozy room. Everything was great. If you need centrum and also need transports of all directions then this hotel is for you. Near the hotel has mini markets, different restaurants and also the hotel has its own bar which is cool. And behind the hotel is so beautiful park. You can go inside of this park to the Franz Kafka Museum and Charle's Bridge on foot.

The staff was amazing. There was a kettle and different types of coffee and tea in the room. The room was very warm, sometimes even hot. We had breakfast included, and the breakfast was amazing. Absolutely everything for a comfortable stay

Everything was great. You have a metro station next to the hotel, so you can quickly go to the city center. The staff is very kind and help you in any time. Mr. Vladimir was pretty fast and careful during check-in. The room was clean and breakfast was great.

Really easy to get around on foot, by tram and reasonable costs for an uber.
Food wise there are lots of places to eat, and all very reasonably priced. We went to both Staromáček’s Dlouha 610/4 and Karlova 46, the food was very good in both places, however, the service was nicer at Dlouha 610/4. Went to Little Chimney for a chimney cake as they did gluten free chimney cakes as well, with great service provided by Patrick. The gluten free chimneys had run out, but he kindly made one.
Make sure you take thermal layers as it can get very cold!

Beautiful city, especially during the Christmas season - so much to do and see. Great selection of restaurants, shops and Christmas markets. Great public transport.
Tip - pre-book your visits, especially the Clementinum - had to queue for 1 hour for the tickets in the freezing cold.
