NetherlandsFor us the location of the hotel was excellent: the city center is quite accessible by public transport, but we lived in a real tranquility with birds singing next to the hotel almost non-stop. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cook who was making home-made desserts and breakfasts every day. The staff really went the extra mile to satisfy our requests, including ordering non-diary milk for coffee, even though it wasn't on the regular menu. The room was spacious, had everything we needed to live and work there for the two weeks that we stayed there. The airco in the room worked perfectly, keeping the room cool (but not too cold) over several days of +30°C outside.

We stayed in the two-story family suite, and I was truly left speechless. The room was nothing short of perfect — spacious, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking views of the city from every angle.
On the seventh floor, the suite opens into a stylish living room with large windows overlooking the city, a cozy dining area, a beautifully appointed master bedroom, and a luxurious bathroom — all complemented by a lovely balcony. A private staircase leads up to the eighth floor, where the children’s room is located — featuring two large, plush beds, a seating corner, and a stunning bathtub set in the center of the room, all facing a panoramic city view.
Every element of the suite felt carefully curated, and it’s clear that great attention was given to the smallest details to ensure a memorable stay.
To top it all off, the breakfast was absolutely delicious — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented.
Thank you for creating such a warm and luxurious experience for our family. We’ll cherish the memories and would love to return.

I had an amazing experience! Vladimir on the reception was super helpful, he gave me a plan and a lot of advices where to go and what to do. Check-in service was perfect, room upgraded and didn't wait until the check-in time since I reach early after an overnight flight. Couldn't wish for more. Hotel is clean, Bar is good, Breakfast has a great variety and very clean. Location close to the main attractions. Would go back again

Really easy to get around on foot, by tram and reasonable costs for an uber.
Food wise there are lots of places to eat, and all very reasonably priced. We went to both Staromáček’s Dlouha 610/4 and Karlova 46, the food was very good in both places, however, the service was nicer at Dlouha 610/4. Went to Little Chimney for a chimney cake as they did gluten free chimney cakes as well, with great service provided by Patrick. The gluten free chimneys had run out, but he kindly made one.
Make sure you take thermal layers as it can get very cold!

Beautiful city, especially during the Christmas season - so much to do and see. Great selection of restaurants, shops and Christmas markets. Great public transport.
Tip - pre-book your visits, especially the Clementinum - had to queue for 1 hour for the tickets in the freezing cold.
