TurkeyWe are amazed by the hotel staff, breakfast and for sure the hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms you will find the comfort, that you aren’t looking for. The only thing that they can change could be the pillows :) Breakfast was so good, they have a lot of options for everyone. The hotel is so close to many attractions, tram station, and the most important one to the bus terminal it is just 3 min walk from the hotel. Thank you for everything we really enjoyed our stay!

I've been to Bremen plenty of times in the past as there used to be direct flights from Manchester. Now you have to go via Hamburg and then get a few trains. This time I tried KLM's dual flights and, I think I will stick to going via Hamburg in future.
Bremen has an excellent bus/tram service to help you get around and the Wienachtsmarkt is one of the best as there are several sites spread around the town, including the Pirate Market by the river.

Bremerhaven has an outstanding Museum about the migration of thousands of people who left Germany and Europe in general to travel to the USA etc last century. Well worth a visit.
There's also a shipping museum and a small museum about the Cog ship.
Excellent.

We went to the opera, which was really cool and we walked around the old town. There is a funfair there which is annoying because you can see the old architecture and the beautiful square because of carnival rides and corn dog stands ,etc. I suppose it would be ideal if you were traveling with kids. Getting around Bremen was really easy and we walked everywhere.

Everything about this city is about seafaring, now and in the past.
You have to go there to experience the multitude of attractions, no other Port in the world can match Bremerhaven in maritime related visitors attractions.

Nice city with a lot of history.
Nice city with a lot of history. We did not get time to visit any museums. But walked through the old town and it was great. Highly recommend spending time at St. Peter's Cathedral and especially their museum. Mostly ate near the station where we were staying. So no specific eating recommendation.

We enjoyed walking around the harbour but we bought a boat trip and the address on the ticket was the office of the company not the departure so we missed the boat! Please be careful and see if you have the correct address. We visited the U boat submarine, the ticket is 4 euros and the kids enjoyed looking inside this historical boat.
