Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. It is a chaos. Organized chaos. It's once in a lifetime experience but for once only. I loved it but I am not going back again. I had my fill of this place. It was on my list but now that it is done, I am glad I did it. Dusty, traffic is horrendous, People trying to rip you off with smiles and "tips". You settle on a price for a taxi, a tour and at the end, they ask for extra, which is not part of the price. Good thing is that their currency is so low, that it really doesn't bother you monetarily if you have US dollars or Euros. But it does leave a bad taste unnecessarily. Food is great and cheap.
