The hotel is newly renovated and therefore very modern and well equipped. The brunch until 13:30 is amazing, offering even soy and oat milk. Staff is always with a smile on the face and happy to help with anything. I was working from the brunch area during my stay, the WiFi is working perfectly fine for video calls. It’s easy to find free parking around the hotel and the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Gym is small but well equipped with weights, cardio machines, small mats, thick elastic bands and free towels. Thank you for everything, I had an amazing stay and am looking forward to coming back!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. They were always very nice and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel was amazing and the room was just perfect. Everything was very nice, comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. There were a lot of options to eat. Definitely would recommend and definitely will stay again when I come back to Palma! Loved everything!

Just an amazing value for money. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms/studios were planty big and view from our balcony was out of this world. Breakfast options were huge, food was very good. Pool area and the pool it self very clean. There is also a table tennis/billiards in the pool area. Gym also.

A firm favorite among sun-seekers, Majorca (or Mallorca) is the largest Balearic Island. Palma, the enchanting capital, has a grand cathedral overlooking the harbor, a 14th-century castle and Arab baths, to name just a few highlights. Nearby is Palma Nova, home to lots of Majorca hotels on the beach within easy reach of the fantastic nightlife in Magaluf. Further along are calmer Santa Ponsa and Port d’Andratx. In the opposite direction, S’Arenal has a fantastic, palm-lined beach and quick airport shuttle rides. On the north side of the island, the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Serra de Tramuntana range features amazing mountain lakes. A trip to its highest peak, Puig Major, will provide breathtaking views. Down below is Port de Soller, a lovely town with some excellent Majorca hotels for families. Other popular family resorts include Alcudia with its long sandy beach, and neighboring Port de Pollenca. Ruins of the Roman town of Pollentia are nearby. In the east, Cala Ratjada benefits from 2 beautiful coastlines, while the beaches at Cala Bona and Cala Millor certainly live up to their names – Good and Best.     This place is amazing! Huge property, and plenty of activities for kids. Mini concert for kids every night and entertainment for adults, pool bar every swimming pool area. Food is great and a lot to choose from. My children are so satisfied that after 4 days of stay they want me to book for next trips. We had 10 days staycation full of bliss and unforgettable memories.

    A beautiful city, a must to visit. Wonderful architecture and interesting shops. A lovely department store. The cathedral is magnificent. We had a lovely day trip into the mountains. We also visited the Miro gallery and museum. There are frequent buses and taxis are quite cheap. Plenty of nice restaurants.

    Not my favourite area of Mallorca.

    Not my favourite area of Mallorca. It feels a bit lads holiday/staggy with kebab shops, tattoo shops and fish pedicure bars everywhere, and there are some unsavoury characters selling 'items' on the promenade who approach you, which I hadn't seen anywhere else on the island. We were there as an adult couple, but wouldn't be bringing children here in future. The plusses are the proximity to the airport (although it's probably an hour by public transport to Palma city itself). The beaches are clean, and it is reasonably priced to eat and drink in this area. But I wouldn't come back - there are far nicer spots elsewhere.

    Terrible experience, I booked a room for four people, I found four beds, but one was completely broken, when I complained about this to the receptionist, she asked me to put the mattress in the floor, after that I asked for a refund, but the management ignored me completely.

    Magaluf is a great destination for those who enjoy nightlife and clubbing – there are plenty of bars and clubs to choose from, offering something for everyone. You'll also find large supermarkets and a wide variety of good restaurants. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic getaway, as it's more lively and party-oriented. It’s a convenient base for exploring the southern part of Mallorca and is close to Palma. Renting a car on the island is easy and can be done at affordable prices.

    Typical Spanish tourist town. Plenty of good bars and restaurants, some with live music. Would of like it to be a bit more boutique'y and a little less Spanish/British bucket and spade. So not a lot to see, unless you like these very typical Spanish beach resorts. But overall good for a short break.

    The neighborhood of the hotel is quite calm and not so loud as it resides the north part of playa de Palma. the south part is more busy with loud tourist, but at midnight all loud public music is turned off.

    It really depends what you want from your vacation.

    It really depends what you want from your vacation. I would stay again, but now I know what to expect. It doesn’t have that “local” feel, it is much more touristic. But it’s a good and affordable base to explore other areas of Mallorca. I would definitely recommend for families and also for people who enjoy night live. If you’re not too fussed by the surroundings and just want an area to sleep, but venture to other places, then this is also definitely a good area

    The Cala d’Or resort is a lovely resort….

    The Cala d’Or resort is a lovely resort…. It has lovely bars and restaurants… the marina is incredible with amazing views from the terrace of restaurants.. we had incredible meals for both lunch and dinner and really enjoyed our wine… overall a wonderful short break.

    The area was lively yet peaceful enough to relax. There were restaurants and parties in the evenings, but it never felt overcrowded – just the right number of people. The scenery was truly breathtaking.

    We didn’t realise before we booked that Santa Ponsa is...

    We didn’t realise before we booked that Santa Ponsa is popular with groups of boys and girls on party holidays. It’s such a short trip to Magaluf that they seem to stay in Santa Ponsa and get a cab into Magaluf. Because of this a lot of bars are very busy and geared towards groups of young lads/girls. We didn’t find it a major issue however one to bear in mind for a family holiday.
