The staff is extremely kind and helpful.
Location is perfect to discover the area, going to skiing and also trekking in spring.
The indoor pool is amazing for apres-ski.
Lot of nice restaurants nearby and also the cozy St.Gervais des Bains
The hotel restaurant is also excellent (we tried it during our previous staying).
Overall totally recommended! :)

Room is clean and ample for the 3 of us. It's close to the free ski bus stop (3 min walk). In terms of the closest ski lift, it's not useful for us because we have a 3 year-old toddler who can not take that drag lift.

Kudos to the customer service of this hotel. We had to shorten our stay since our bus got cancelled. They were able to accommodate the changes and was able to issue a refund even tho we booked for a non-refundable rate. They also offered a discounted breakfast and other add-ons on which you can book online, making your stay more smooth & hassle-free.
The property is located very near the Aiguille du midi lift and the Chamonix Village. It’s also near the Flixbus Bus Station. I highly recommend their breakfast! It’s a very good value for money. The croissants are fresh and the coffee is very good too. There is a machine where you can get your fresh orange juice. The Mont Blanc view from the balcony is AMAZING! Overall, great experience for a first timer in Chamonix. We will return!

The hotel was absolutely amazing and indescribably perfect, nestled in nature and surrounded by mountains, making it very suitable for families. My booking included a suite with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Chamonix city center, which gave me a sense of privacy and tranquility.
There are free parking spaces available within the hotel premises. I especially loved the elegant hotel lobby in the morning and before bedtime. The hotel staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful, making us feel comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay.
My stay with my wife and children was truly unforgettable. A big thank you to all the staff, and I will definitely come back again!

Everything at Rocky pop was amazing. They let us do an early check in. The food was great , they helped with us vegetarian options although not many options. Moreover the common dining area was free to use even to make our own breakfast ( they had a sink , coffee machine and microwave oven which came in handy). Only 20 mins from Chamonix city , but bus frequency is every 30 mins. Fantastic service and hotel. Supermarket close by.

Poco Loco was as good as ever. Tried Josephine for the first time and it was excellent food! There 20th - 23rd December. Chamonix was struggling for snow. Fine above the first gondola, but no snow below it. Sign of the times I suppose. Maybe Whistler Blackcomb for the next trip...

The place is very beautiful, and the staff are very pleasant. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The shower had everything needed, and the TV even had Netflix, which was a big bonus.
There is an opportunity to enjoy the jacuzzi with a mountain view, but you need to act quickly, as it gets dark quite early.
I definitely recommend it!

Very nice view of the Mont Joly , the windows of the apartment are pointed directly on that mountain. Hiking trails directly at the property, can hike at least 10km(one way) to the 'Refuge de Plan Glacier', like half of the hiking trails are quite wide and easy to walk on. That is pretty much the closest property that can be booked in order to hike to that scenic spot.

Great location if you want to visit Chamonix and Swiss as well. Its 25 min to Mont Blanc and 30 to Martigny (SUI). Its super calm for families, frequent train will take you anywhere, no need to use car. Good if you want to have a calm holiday! In winter for sure great advantage - cablecar next to hotel.

Everything was amazing, France is beautiful and people are very friendly there and helpful. Places to go are Lovegood cafe and The Pause pub. It was very easy to get around in the car and go to places that we were interested in.

Amazing.y awesome!
Amazing.y awesome! The city, restaurants and speciality shops were wonderful and within walking distance of our apartment just off the pedestrian zone. Food was delicious with lots of different offerings…Japanese, Turkish, local specialities like fondues and meats. Sho owners were friendly and helpful.

We were on a mission to revisit Parc de Merlet with our grandaughter thirty-six years after we took her mother. The Parc delivered, with Chamois, Mouflon and Marmots to enjoy.
The views from accommodation on that side of the valley are the best in the valley.
In Les Houches village, the local patisserie was visited and a different cake enjoyed every day.
There were plenty of paths (including Tour de Mont Blanc) into the forest, for walks from the chalet. Wonderful Alpine wildlife is easy to find.
It was convenient to take the free train into Chamonix and take a ride to Le Brevent then walk the ridge and back to the chalet. We did the Mer de Glas, to from Chamonix. We went up to Bellevue on the teleferique and walked across the alp, finding several wild flowers and even a rare Wart-Biter Grasshopper! We then took the Tramway du Mont Blanc down to Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains and had a lovely afternoon in the beautiful park. There was a very tough Via Ferrata for the over 70s (with 50 years experience) and a Go Ape-type circuit with a rock-climb included in the trail for the 10-year-old and her Mamma, then train back to Les Houches. One weekend evening was lively down in the village, but up on the hill we could sit out in relative calm and stare at the sunset on snowy Mont Blanc, stars and the torch-lights of mountaineers picking their way down. All-in-all, very relaxing.

The hotel’s location was convenient because it was close to the tram station for Mont Blanc. We could enjoy the relaxing private jacuzzi as it is reserved. There is an elevator (or cable car) for 200m to reach the thermal spa facility at the foot of the mountain
