Hotel is able to pick up from the airport and also organize trips to Okatze, Prometheus caves, Martvili, Batumi, Metsia. Driver is speaking very good English and has European safe style of driving.
Rooms are clean with daily service and new towels.

The owner of the place was the nicest person, always ready to help. The TV had netflix, youtube and other platforms to comfortably unwind after a long day exploring the city. We also asked them to show sightseeing around and Mari prepared us a wonderful tour, and next day we were visiting fascinating places around Kutaisi! Breakfasts were also very tasty. It was an excellent choice to stay in Hotel Terrace Kutaisi. The place was really clean room, toilet and beddings. They are cleaning the room everyday. Free breakfast was superb as well with choice of your coffee type. Friendly staffs preparing the breakfast and even gave us fresh fruits. Place was even near to city center only like 5 minutes. The reception staff (Ms. Nini) was warm and friendly. And you can have an awesome view of Kutaisi's sunrise and sunset in the terrace. Beddings and towels were clean and smelled good.

The hotel is doing a great job to preserve the history of the place. The experience is very authentic.
At the same time, rooms are nice and clean, food is simple but good, staff is nice and the territory is large and very green.
If you are looking for a modern 5 star spa resort, the place is not for you - it serves a different purpose.

An interesting city with many attractions, but, to my taste, just good to average. The city is walkable or accessible by public bus. The tourist attractions are average to good, and the cost is on the mid-to-high side.
Many stray dogs and dog poo on the sidewalk. Watch out when you walk, as the sidewalk is mostly uneven.

Beds are not comfortable. There’s no actual full bed but 2 single beds put together- very uncomfortable.
The size of the room is fine though. The balcony is nice too, but there was no outside furniture (!) and not enough pillows and towels for all of us (although were delivered the next day upon request). The hotel staff are nice, trying their best to please, but the place itself is very basic. Parking is crowded.
Overall, it is a place for budget travelers seeking basic accommodation with swimming pool.

Kutaisi is a nice city!
Kutaisi is a nice city! It is not very big, you can see the whole city in 2 days, you need an extra day to see some things outside of the city. Prometheus cave was a nice experience. Tsalqubo sanatories are really interesting and the village is very nice. Martvili canyon is in a location of wonderful nature, the canyon walking trail is pretty short. Kutaisi is easy to walk around, you do not need any transportation for the city center, but if you do not feel like walking, taxis (especially via Bolt application) are not expensive. Food is absolutely great! Wine, also!

This town is the local capital of spa centres.
This town is the local capital of spa centres. I recommend this impressive town to the lovers of old Stalin-era architecture and Georgian spa procedures. Plus, there are several abandoned spa resorts built in the 1950s. They are exciting in order to see original and authentic facades and masterpieces of architecture :)
