Secluded spot in a historical area (between the French and the Jewish neighborhoods), surrounded by nature, with a lovely view from the terrace facing points of interest. A short walk from the main square and everything around it. Attentive, easily reachable and available host. Spotlessly clean bedroom with all the necessary amenities, powerful wi-fi, lots of natural light and fresh air. Pleasant garden and patio with a table outside, good taste in the construction and decoration. Highly recommended.

They explained everything clearly, answered all our questions right away, and even gave us umbrellas to use when it started raining! Very close with many tourist objects as old Theater, City park, Opera Theater, Old Riony iron Bridge. 50 meters from McDonald's, good cafes, Apotheca, popular recreation places. Nearby about 5 minutes - old Sinagogue and Christian Church. All rooms have entrance from the small garden which from you can see ancient Monastery on a high Hill. There are also small shared kitchen in this garden where have all for tea or coffee. Absolutely friendly and hospitality hotel owner do all for his guests. Breakfast is delicious of national kitchen. Young hotel owner George professional vine specialist can advise your vine shopping and as well city route.

We also asked them to show sightseeing around and Mari prepared us a wonderful tour, and next day we were visiting fascinating places around Kutaisi! Breakfasts were also very tasty. Room was clean and nice, very cozy. They provide with slippers and even toothbrush and paste!

An interesting city with many attractions, but, to my taste, just good to average. The city is walkable or accessible by public bus. The tourist attractions are average to good, and the cost is on the mid-to-high side.
Many stray dogs and dog poo on the sidewalk. Watch out when you walk, as the sidewalk is mostly uneven.

Beds are not comfortable. There’s no actual full bed but 2 single beds put together- very uncomfortable.
The size of the room is fine though. The balcony is nice too, but there was no outside furniture (!) and not enough pillows and towels for all of us (although were delivered the next day upon request). The hotel staff are nice, trying their best to please, but the place itself is very basic. Parking is crowded.
Overall, it is a place for budget travelers seeking basic accommodation with swimming pool.

Kutaisi is a nice city!
Kutaisi is a nice city! It is not very big, you can see the whole city in 2 days, you need an extra day to see some things outside of the city. Prometheus cave was a nice experience. Tsalqubo sanatories are really interesting and the village is very nice. Martvili canyon is in a location of wonderful nature, the canyon walking trail is pretty short. Kutaisi is easy to walk around, you do not need any transportation for the city center, but if you do not feel like walking, taxis (especially via Bolt application) are not expensive. Food is absolutely great! Wine, also!

This town is the local capital of spa centres. I recommend this impressive town to the lovers of old Stalin-era architecture and Georgian spa procedures. Plus, there are several abandoned spa resorts built in the 1950s. They are exciting in order to see original and authentic facades and masterpieces of architecture :)
