Amazing time! All the receptionists of this hotel were amazing, hospitality and very friendly! Anything we needed they were gladly to help and get for us. The breakfast was delicious. My kids really enjoyed their beautiful swimming pool. It was very clean the pool and the hotel. The staff works very hard to make all that guests feel comfortable. It is near some comfortable beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Perfect location to stay on Lefkada. We would definitely stay there again. To all the staff thank you again it was great meeting you.

I October the place was quiet but weather was sunny and warm. Good food , highly recommend Anti Varo restaurant. Cocktails go to Cubana bar & get a zombie . Had a great day on boat trip with Epitonia . Good holiday & airport nearby.

Have travelled here twice in the past year and can't wait to come back. It's absolutely gorgeous. There are so many beaches to visit and it's easy to get around. Everyone we met were very nice and helpful to reccomend locations/restaurants. I literally can't wait to go back. It's one of the few places in the world I have been to that brought me true peace and tranquility.

I think Agios Nikitas would be absolutely impossible to enjoy during the peak summer months. It is just too small for the demand created by its lovely beach, lack of vehicle traffic, and excellent restaurants. But if you go either early or late in the tourist season, the place is a rare gem.
My favourite part was having an easily accessible, sand beach with light surf ... and not ONE SINGLE commercial beach umbrella. They are the bane of Greek holidays to me. They make me feel like sardines lined up geometrically on a baking tray. On Agios Nikitas, it's like beaches used to be ... just you, the sand, and the sea

Friendly and a bit away from the bustle of Lefkada town but very convenient to get into Lefkada in about 10 minutes by car.
A couple of local food stores and various other essential shops including pharmacy in Lygia but need Lefkada for the bigger supermarkets and for true shopping experience if/when you need that.
Lygia has a lovely little fishing port that is walkable with good eating facilities. The better and bigger beaches need a car to get to, but Lygia beach is very swimmable, although a little close to the road and so there will be some traffic noise.
We love Lygia.

Pondi is at the end of the Vasiliki beach, on the other side of the town center and the port - they are about 30 minutes by foot. There are a few great tavernas, both at the beach and near the Aphrodite Studios. Some people may hear the noise from the road if windows are open, but especially in September, there are not that many vehicles around.

Mountain village on a main road with 2 supermarkets,bakery,2 restaurants and 2 (local)bars,7 churches and 1 monastery.
Very relaxing in the morning "people watching" whilst waiting in the restaurant for the local bus(coach) to Vassiliki ,10 minutes on the coach and only 1.60 Euro. Bus times are to meet the ferry but approximate.Other way to Lefkada will take up to 45 minutes but both journeys offer views that will be missed from your hire car.
Car essential to get to other bays/villages/restaurants. but again worth the effort.
We could have done with two weeks here not one as so much to see!

Really gorgeous, quite substantial town with lots of very nice shops and restaurants. There is a beach just out of town which I didn’t visit so can’t comment on that. We went on the Odysseus boat trip which was excellent. This is a great place if you like boats. A hire car is needed if you want to get to the excellent beaches to the west and south. Driving on the roads is not too difficult but ask for advice from hire car people. We enjoyed eating at Margarita & Nissi’s

Beautiful little village with lots of shops and restaurants. There are several ferries you can take for day trips around Lefkada especially to Skorpios Island. Be aware high season brings in tons of tourists which makes parking a bit of a challenge. Spend at least 3-4 days to get a feel for the area.
