Plentiful and varied breakfast – the landlady is a magician with pies! Spacious, clean and well-appointed rooms with balconies. Close to the town center, shops, museums and restaurants. Large free public parking near-by. Very helpful, courteous and efficient staff. I want to point out that staff went out of their way to help us resolve an issue that in no way implicated them.

GreeceWe had an amazing family holiday (with two little ones) at Imathoessa. The hotel is really beautiful, clean and quiet. The pool is expectionally clean and big. It has a baby pool and a jacuzzi pool too. The rooms are nice and cool, we didn’t even need to use the AC in June. The staff were so welcoming and kind. Christina who worked in the breakfast bar was so lovely to our children and even held our baby whilst we loaded our plates. Thank you for all your help. The breakfast is top quality, and has a great selection. The hotel is in a perfect location to many top beaches and towns. The walk to Gialova is very close but with two prams we didn’t risk it as there is no pavement and it’s quite a dangerous road unfortuently. We will highly recommend tos hotel to other and definetly return.

Our family vacation at ZOE Seaside Resort in Gialova was perfect! The beachfront location offered stunning views of Navarino Bay with crystal-clear waters. Our modern, comfortable rooms had beautiful sea views that we enjoyed daily.
Our children loved alternating between the sandy beach and refreshing pool surrounded by palm trees. The family-managed resort created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made our beach holiday truly special.

I would really recommend staying here, the hotel is beautiful and peaceful, Giorgios at the reception was very welcoming and helpful, he gave us good advice for places to visit to make the most of our stay. We had an amazing rich breakfast, sitting next to the lovely pool, in the outdoor space tastefully decorated and with beautiful flowers. Our room was very clean with a beautiful view on the sea.

- The detail that makes the difference compared to other hotels in Kalamata is that there is no road that seperates the beach and the hotel. This was really convenient since we had our 8months old kid with us.
- It is newly renovated.
- Mr. Antonis who is working there for more than 10 years, and the rest of the team have been very kind and helpful.
- We did not get charged for baby’s food.

Hotel was clean-in fact spotless. I was able to check in earlier. Staff called me to let me know that my room would be ready. The hotel was located directly across the beach. View was spectacular. I would call the area it is located on as, "The strip". Breakfast had a nice selection. Very pleased with the hotel and the staff!

I liked the location of the accommodation in the town, from the terrace there was a beautiful view of the city and the port. The hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. Although the hotel has its own private parking lot, there is a large public parking lot available in the port, i.e. near the hotel.

We were lucky and had an amazing room looking out over the sea, it made our holiday! This is a great little spot right by the sea! There are some great restaurants a stones throw away and the sunsets are amazing. This was the start of our Greek holiday and it started it off in style!

Location was excellent, across from the beach and along the restaurants, 10 min walk from the main square, only 5Euro by taxi to city centre. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond in service, always smilling and helpful, George made excellent coffee.

Kalamata is a well organized city with parks in the middle...
Kalamata is a well organized city with parks in the middle of downtown. Great for families with young children. Several cultural events take place i.e. we attended a documentary festival.
The part of the city by the sea has its own life.
During the olive picking period, it attracts many of the olive grove owners, who do not necessarily reside in Kalamata.
The city is very friendly to visitors.Public parking in the middle of the city provides convenient parking.

The central square is adjacent to the harbour and is full of tables for the surrounding restaurants. The town centre is clean and tidy.
The castle is extensive and takes several hours to explore. It includes 3 museum buildings.

Nice town, beaches in close proximity, old Town 5' from the center with amazing view, ancient places around. Also, famous places in less than an hour drive (Voidokoilia Beach, Costa Navarino hotels, Foinikounta, Pylos, etc.). Farming products (one of the world's best olive oil), nice food and relaxing holidays.

Very pretty and charming area so close to mountain and beaches. And short drive from Kalamata.
Had cafes restaurants even a lot of them closed for season when we were there.
For quiet relaxing stay, we could spend more time easily.
Even hiking next time.
Beaches were close and water was very clean.

A pretty little town with cafes, tavernas and great ice cream/dessert places. Just a couple of souvenir/clothes shops and a well stocked supermarket and a smaller mini market. Also a pharmacy. No beach here but a pretty little marina. We ate at Bistrot Cafe and To Limani and I can recommend them both for great food and amazing value. Staff were really friendly. Also a great looking pizza place which we didn't go to in the end. All in all a lovely little typically Greek town.

The local Taverna along Artaki bay has excellent traditional food and the best view of the bay and Koroni.
We loved to walk through the little streets and steps going up to the castle and monastry with lovely views over Koroni and Zaga beach the other side that you can walk to.

A traditional small town, friendly community with small shops suitable for a relaxed break away.
The Namaste Beach Bar was a real find and we spent most days there - the food was great and the staff were friendly.
Several restaurants and coffee/bar places to chill out, eat, drink and relax.
The best food we ate was along at the end of the town, a modern looking raised restaurant over looking the bay.
The staff in the little supermarket in the main square were very helpful and friendly.

Stoupa itself has lovely beaches, restaurants, walks and views. It is very easy to walk to Aghios Nikolaus a lovely fishing port or you can get the bus. Kardymilli which is nearby is easily reached by bus and is a fascinating old town with historical buildings and sites to visit. The shops
and restaurants are well worth visiting. From Kardymilli there is good access to a variety of walks with amazing views, old buildings and shady cool valleys.

Kalamata is a working city not just a tourist location.
Kalamata is a working city not just a tourist location. It is a great place to discover the Peloponnese from if one does not mind driving. The city's farmers' market was wonderful (Wednesdays and Saturdays).
It has a lot of great restaurants along the beach and the harbor. Walking around Old Town is a great place to spend a morning.
