They helped me organize a surprise birthday evening - from ordering flowers to receiving the delivery, setting up decorations, and creating a truly memorable celebration (special thanks for that! ☺️)
When we arrived, they also gave us amazing recommendations for places to visit in Santorini, which helped a lot. Thank you, Rosie!
We also visited the spa - it was perfect. We booked a treatment right after arriving from the airport, and it was the best decision. Honestly, it was the best massage I’ve ever had at a spa.

A Greek Island Dream
Imagine a typical Greek island with whitewashed houses, blue-domed churches and sloping cliffs, and the chances are that you’re thinking of Santorini. Protectively curving around 4 other islands in its archipelago, this volcanic island has fertile ground bringing forth lovely rosé wine and some of the sweetest cherry tomatoes you’ll ever taste.
High on a caldera shelving into the sea, the capital Fira overlooks the cruise liners plying the turquoise Aegean waters below. North is Imerovigli, home to several 5-star Santorini hotels with fantastic views.
Also providing amazing views is the accommodation in Oia across the bay. Cascading down the slopes, the sea of white here is only dispersed by vibrant pink flowers, blue domes and the brown of ancient windmills, all becoming black silhouettes as the sun sets.
Santorini Airport is on the other side of the island and 2 resorts south of it – Kamari and Perissa – have the best, black sand beaches. However, the most visually impressive is Red Beach at Akrotiri where the stunning red colour of the caldera and sand makes the trek down the rockface well worth it. Just time it right to avoid high tide! Also near Akrotiri are excavations of a Minoan era settlement.

The hotel is positioned in one of the best location points of Oia. It has an amazing view on the Caldera and each suite has its own view and terrace. My husband and I have spent a whole week, to celebrate my birthday: in the first 5 days we have been given a suite called "Athena" (all suites have been named after ancient greek gods or goddes) which had an amazing balcony and a hot tub. The view was unbelievable. The last 3 days we have been upgraded to a pool villa called "the white house" which was absolutely stunning, with a big terrace with a table and an hammock overlooking the caldera and a private pool with warm water. As the room, the terrace and the pool were so beautiful, we basically spent the last two days there!
The restaurant of Andronis is positioned on the top of a rock which provides a unique location to have breakfast or dine with a full view of the caldera.
The breakfast menu is very rich and provides a big variety of choices, and is well served both at the table in the restaurant terrace or, as we have tried some times, in your suite outdoor table.
As well the hotel pool is nice and relaxing with enough space to host all the residents.
The entire Andronis staff, nobody excluded, from reception to restaurant, to bar, to houskeeping, has been professional, kind, always available: the system of making any request via whatsapp simplified a lot all the organization of our stay, suggesting us the different options of possible activities, making bookings, suggesting the best restaurants where to dine and managing all the reservations taking care we always had the best table!
The morning of my birthday I have also got a nice (and super-good) birthday cake!!!
I will keep Santorini, Oia and the Andronis as one of the best memories of my life.

charisma suites stay was an exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the friendly and professional staff and spechally mrs fotina. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed with the cleanliness and elegance of the hotel and common areas.
The room itself was nothing short of stunning (room 33), with modern decor and comfortable furnishings that made me feel immediately at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the complimentary bottled water and the welcome drink they have provide us' even they upgrade my reservation
Throughout my stay, I had the pleasure of dining in the hotel's restaurant, which offered a diverse and delicious menu of locally-sourced cuisine. The impeccable service from the attentive and knowledgeable staff truly made each meal a memorable experience.
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional attention to detail and personalized service. From the thoughtful notes left by housekeeping to the helpful recommendations from the concierge, every interaction felt warm and genuine.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. It truly exceeded all of my expectations and I cannot wait to return.

Our stay was perfect.
The location is amazing, some days we have chosen to not go out by the sea and just spend some time relaxing by the elegant and quiet pool. The staff has been extremely nice to us, from Dimitris, Mr Nikolas, Cristina, everyone has always been kind and ready to answer all of our questions and requests.
There is also a market within 20meters, where you can buy everything you might need.
The room were very very clean, our towels were changed every day.
The position is definitely the best to visit the island, because you can reach every spot in a few minutes (the furthest place is 25 minutes distant).
We had the best time, will definitely suggest Louis Studios Apartments to our friends and family.

Service: All the staff was super nice and helpful, especially Dyonisis, who was always ready to help and gave us good recommendations.
Location: Fira is a super crowded place, with lots of people walking around and traffic. The hotel was so well located that we could enjoy our peace and stay away from the crowd, while being at a walking distance from restaurants, bus station, cable car, supermarkets, etc and 15 min away by car from the airport airport.
Overall a very nice hotel, it seems very new, the room and the whole place was always clean, peaceful environment to enjoy every morning the beautiful sunrise.

We loved everything about Suites of the Gods. The first impression was "wow", amazing suite, wonderful pool and outdoor bar. Stunning view overlooking the ports and harbour. The amenities were great with the gym decently equipped. The dining room was beautifully decorated and laid out with a fabulous breakfast buffet included. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and would go the extra mile to see that your stay was the best experience, where you felt like a God.

The location is simply perfect — breathtaking views of the caldera that change colors throughout the day. The food at Mavro Restaurant is a true sensory experience, refined in every detail and full of flavor. In August we stayed in Grace Hotel and what an amazing experience it was in this world-class boutique hotel! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest thanks to wonderful staff, in particular Silvia and Georges who took great care of us all the time! Lazy mornings with tasting-like menu paired with some bubbles, chilling by the infinity pool and enjoying spectacular view is exactly what we needed from Santorini!

The view is to die for. Great food and excellent, fast room service. The bed was super comfortable, and the pool was heated when needed. Location is perfect, just 3 min from beach, girls from reception are very very nice ! The room are clean and even got better room than we reserved.

White Santorini is in an excellent location! The staff are very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed during our time in Santorini. Our room was clean, unique and comfortable. The "hot tub" was great to have after a day of adventures, to relax and have a cold beer in. Breakfast was delivered to our room daily and had a great selection to choose from.

I highly recommend setting a day aside and go on the Cavo Tagoo boat for the day. you see parts of Santorini that are just not possible on land. truely breathtaking.
Shout out to both the ladies that day for making it the highlight of our trip.

Ticked every single box. Staff went above and beyond. Slept 12 hours on the most comfortable hotel bed of my life. The breakfast is al a carte & was included (I only wish we stayed longer so I could have tried all the dishes)

Fira and Oia are the heart of Santorini and both spectacular...
Fira and Oia are the heart of Santorini and both spectacular. Fira has more to offer in terms of restaurants and shops, but Oia is even more picturesque and unique. I was happy to have stayed in Fira given its more centralized location, but it would be tragic to stay here and not also spend some time in Oia. Keep in mind that both towns are built on very steep and uneven terrain. While the main shopping lanes are relatively level, many hotels and other businesses require significant physical effort to access, so choose your accommodations with this in mind if you have any mobility issues.

We stayed for 4 days.
We stayed for 4 days. Great views, lots of walking up and down stairs. Many places closed due to the winter/off season, but still had some options for food, tours, and shops. Beware of the many stray cats and some dogs. Also since there are not any vehicles in the main housing section the workers use donkeys to transport materials. this inevitably leads to poop on the sidewalks

A village with bakery, gyros place, souvenir shop & good sized mini market. Walkable to Fura though a noisy main road. Buses good too but more value for money the further you are going. Taxis quite expensive so we walked a lot.

It's a beach with the space being mostly private, so you have to find a little public spot to stay there if you're not into cocktails.
There are lot of slippery rocks on the ground too! But the water is warm and the waves are super chill. You can just float around or swim without any difficulty or major disturbances.

"We experienced deeply disappointing service during our stay at this hotel. Despite clearly specifying our vegan dietary preferences, we were served non-vegetarian breakfast options, which felt like a blatant disregard for our needs. The promised hot tub was unavailable throughout our four-day stay, with the hotel manager offering only excuses after check-in. Breakfast options were severely limited, and the absence of daily room cleaning further detracted from our experience. We also faced repeated issues with hot water for bathing, and upon arrival, we found that neither the washroom nor the room was properly secured or functional, despite our four-day booking.
Located in a remote area, this hotel was highly inconvenient, requiring us to spend 50-60 euros daily just to access food or basic necessities. As an HVAC engineer, I found the manager’s claim of 'technical issues' with the heat pump for the hot tub unconvincing—there was no credible reason for it, suggesting cost-cutting rather than genuine problems. Had the owner or manager informed us of these issues beforehand, we could have canceled and chosen a different property.
I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Instead, consider accommodations in Oia or Fira, where local transport is accessible and the experience is far more dependable."
