Everything about the suite was excellent as advertised. Very spacious and super clean rooms. 5 min drive to the Thira centre. Both Dior and Hina were incredibly welcoming and supportive throughout our stay. The jacuzzi was an ideal spot to capture the sunrise in the morning. Looking forward to visiting again.

Welcoming messages before arrival. Introduction at the beginning. They welcomed us even before check-in time. And you can stay even after check-in time. Personnel was very friendly. This is a beautifully run hotel with managers and staff who are welcoming and informative. The room we had was spacious and extremely comfortable with a king size bed and pool lounges on the balcony to take in the sunset! The location was perfect especially if you didn’t want lots of stairs. Located between the bus station and the main streets of Oia , it meant that you were right in the activity of Santorini but still far enough away to have peace and quiet. The pool was a god send and large enough to accommodate all the guests.

The staff were incredibly hospitable, the room was spacious and well appointed, the plunge pool was a delight and the breakfast was very fresh, thoughtful and generous. Megalochori village was very charming, lively and full of warm people. The Heart of Santorini is less than 10min walk from the hotel and hands down the best place to catch those gorgeous sunsets.

This is a hidden paradise—a luxury hotel in Finikia, near Oia, that doesn’t envy the famous sunset views. One of the most beautiful sunsets we saw was from the terrace of our room. The room was spacious, with all the amenities: air conditioning, a wide and comfortable bed. We stayed for a week in this amazing place. We received refills of shampoo, soap, and body cream, and the toilet was cleaned without us even asking. The area is full of great restaurants, close to the road and Oia, but less crowded. We had amazing views—perfect for pictures. The hotel staff is simply kind and welcomed us with big smiles that filled us with happiness and trust. I don’t have words to explain how amazing our stay was—only that we’re already counting the days to come back and share more great moments with the hotel staff, who now feel like friends.

A Greek Island Dream

Imagine a typical Greek island with whitewashed houses, blue-domed churches and sloping cliffs, and the chances are that you’re thinking of Santorini. Protectively curving around 4 other islands in its archipelago, this volcanic island has fertile ground bringing forth lovely rosé wine and some of the sweetest cherry tomatoes you’ll ever taste.

High on a caldera shelving into the sea, the capital Fira overlooks the cruise liners plying the turquoise Aegean waters below. North is Imerovigli, home to several 5-star Santorini hotels with fantastic views.

Also providing amazing views is the accommodation in Oia across the bay. Cascading down the slopes, the sea of white here is only dispersed by vibrant pink flowers, blue domes and the brown of ancient windmills, all becoming black silhouettes as the sun sets.

Santorini Airport is on the other side of the island and 2 resorts south of it – Kamari and Perissa – have the best, black sand beaches. However, the most visually impressive is Red Beach at Akrotiri where the stunning red colour of the caldera and sand makes the trek down the rockface well worth it. Just time it right to avoid high tide! Also near Akrotiri are excavations of a Minoan era settlement.

    The hotel is positioned in one of the best location points of Oia. It has an amazing view on the Caldera and each suite has its own view and terrace. My husband and I have spent a whole week, to celebrate my birthday: in the first 5 days we have been given a suite called "Athena" (all suites have been named after ancient greek gods or goddes) which had an amazing balcony and a hot tub. The view was unbelievable. The last 3 days we have been upgraded to a pool villa called "the white house" which was absolutely stunning, with a big terrace with a table and an hammock overlooking the caldera and a private pool with warm water. As the room, the terrace and the pool were so beautiful, we basically spent the last two days there! The restaurant of Andronis is positioned on the top of a rock which provides a unique location to have breakfast or dine with a full view of the caldera. The breakfast menu is very rich and provides a big variety of choices, and is well served both at the table in the restaurant terrace or, as we have tried some times, in your suite outdoor table. As well the hotel pool is nice and relaxing with enough space to host all the residents. The entire Andronis staff, nobody excluded, from reception to restaurant, to bar, to houskeeping, has been professional, kind, always available: the system of making any request via whatsapp simplified a lot all the organization of our stay, suggesting us the different options of possible activities, making bookings, suggesting the best restaurants where to dine and managing all the reservations taking care we always had the best table! The morning of my birthday I have also got a nice (and super-good) birthday cake!!! I will keep Santorini, Oia and the Andronis as one of the best memories of my life.

They treat you like that they are your own familie. +++ Swimming pool is super clean and angenehm The room is modern eingerichtet Breakfast ist wunderbar, they let you choose your breakfast, but they don't have buffet.- Driver is nice and friendly They have a cat there. It's like a pet of all guests there. But Sometimes you hear the airplane taking off and landing because it's near the Santorini airport- There's a Louis market near til 11pm open where you can buy groceries Near the beach good for nature lover and sunrise lover. Near bus station it's like 3-5 minute walk but the schedule is like 3 hours interval, 7,10,14,17 and 19, 5 times a day only. Going to Fira capital of Santorini. Only 2 euro But there's a lot of taxi but it's costly. Overall I rate it 9.5/10 Super good!

The large, beautiful pool only adds to the sense of luxury and relaxation. Every detail in this hotel is thoughtfully designed, enhancing its overall charm and elegance. Breakfast was a highlight as well - an exceptional culinary experience that matched the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. Every meal was a delight, reflecting the hotel’s dedication to quality. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, taking care of us with such attention and warmth. They really go out of their way to make sure you feel completely relaxed and cared for, which is something we’ll remember for a long time. This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, and we can’t wait to come back.

    This hotel is in the top 3 of the hotels I have ever stayed at. It is better than Six Senses, Kempinski, The Ritz-Carlton, and HALEKULANI. Stella was kind enough to help me when I lost my passport. Vangelis was also kind enough to tell me about hotels, rooms, and Santorini, even though I knew nothing about them. There are so many great hotels in Santorini that it's hard to choose, but I highly recommend this hotel.

    The staff were all excellent and very helpful, they really looked after us even after our toddler was unwell for a couple of days. The pool is amazing as is the food served poolside. Nikos the lifeguard was very friendly and kept a safe and fun environment. And we got a good deal for a massage, very worth going if you enjoy that kind of thing.

    Fira is a great place to stay in Santorini if you don’t have a car and it’s very central. From Fira you can get the local buses at a very cheap price to move around the Island and go to Oia and the beaches, it also has a cable car that you can go with it down to the old port of Fira. Fira has lots of shops, cafes and restaurants and great views with beautiful sunset. Hotels are more affordable to get than Oia.

    This was our second time in Oia, and we still love it.

    This was our second time in Oia, and we still love it. The first time, we were there on a day trip. This time, we stayed for a week. The views are stunning. It was less crowded than we expected. It deserves to be called one of the most beautiful places in the Greek islands.

    Kamari is probably one of the only area to have beach access. BUT you need special shoes otherwise it will be a nightmare. The black sand is also deadly hot so shoes are a must. Some beach clubs like Woodoo are super nice.

    It’s an expensive town.

    It’s an expensive town. Beach is difficult - all bars and restaurants offer ‘free sunloungers’ to customers but then you must spend at least €20pp in the restaurant- and are persistent on reminding you to spend the money. There is VERY difficult sea access all along the beach - slippery flat rock for quite a while - so getting in and out of the sea was somewhat challenging. And large waves. And it was boiling hot - not great. I wouldn’t consider returning ever!

    It was so nice to stay here.

    It was so nice to stay here. Away from the crowds of Thira and Oia. Lovely little village with fabulous restaurants. Easy to get the bus into Fira 2 euros. Equally you can walk it in 30 minutes down a lovely coastal path.

    This was our second time staying in the village.

    This was our second time staying in the village. Very convenient for getting around not too far to walk to Fira. We don’t like crows so prefer to stay outside of the main tourist areas this is just far enough away from the capital. Plenty of places to eat in the village a few shops and bus stop just at the top of the main road.

    Akrotiri is a beautiful town.

    Akrotiri is a beautiful town. I definitely recommend visiting the Akrotiri archaeological site, but the entrance fee of 20 euros is honestly way too expensive. The White Beach and Red Beach are nice, but not really our thing because they’re overcrowded. We preferred finding some quieter beaches instead

    Quiet little town located quite high up on the island so the views are just awesome. It's also super central and close to everything. We hired a quad for the 4 days in Santorini, this was such a good idea as it was so easy to get around the island.

    Best location in Santorini you can get just in the the heart right in between Thira and Imerovigli - 10-15mins walk in both directions. Beautiful and relaxing town with everything you could ask for and still without the noise from clubs until late night like in Thira! Firostefani simply is a must to pick!

    the location is not what it seams, it is just between the main road and other construction sites or empty fields, with no nice view. Overrated prices on booking.com compared with the reception prices or any other nice hotels even in Oia.
