IndonesiaAll Yello hotel staff whom met during our stay were very friendly and pleasant. very impressed with the service, from front desk to housekeeping, especially the staff and security who were on duty at entrance on Saturday afternoon.
As it was raining , they offered a ride to Sederhana restaurant within Harbourbay area.
Unfortunately, we did not get the name of the staff and security.
Thank you for the exceptional services! We will definately be back. ;)

Was really amazed with the hospitality from Turi Beach Resort. Excellent location. The resort is huge and got a natural vibes. One can see lush greens and it's open to natural habitats like moneys and different kinds of birds. Once in Batam must try Turi Beach Resort. Breath taking views from the room or should I say cottage. One can get clear, undisturbed views from the balcony. Unwind and relaxing environment over all. Breakfast spread was great, it had both local and international cuisines to choose from. Dinner had an ala carte menu to choose from and it did git varities. Special mention to Lely, Yusuf and Lady from the front office department. They were exceptionally helpful and kind. Always helped in all possible ways. They were so accommodating and kind enough to allow me for an early check-in. Kudous to the team. Extremely professional and always welcoming with a smile. Thank you so much Turi Beach Resort for making our stay amazing. I will definitely be back soon to let loose myself with the beauty and relaxing nature. Thank you Turi for your warm hospitality.

Firstly the place was extremely clean and neat. The staff were friendly and greet you whenever they see you. They were always there to assist you whenever you need something, my request was also met . As a solo traveller I requested for a queen size bed and was met...the food was so delicious... overall best

Nagoya Shopping Mall is full of perhaps nothing else that cheap imitations… if that’s what you are keen for.
But once you venture around the fringes of Nagoya that’s where the attractions are … the simple local fare and stores are a delight

Nearby Nongsa beach but the beach is not clean.. the villa house we stay is just nice for a group of 6. But the house seems not been occupied for long, as it smells once you enter, the floor also not so clean. The aircon is not cold

Nongsa is a nice place to visit, I stayed at Turi Beach...
Nongsa is a nice place to visit, I stayed at Turi Beach Resort. The only downside is the ferry terminal being inefficient and slow.
We used a taxi and shuttle bus and stayed at the resort.
If staying at a resort, check for a free shuttle bus first.

For Harris Waterfront specifically. Its a distance away from the city area. So you may plan all your activities and shopping in a clustered area so you only have to travel from that place to your hotel.

all the basic necessities need a revamp from toiletries, smelly towels ... old pillows stained bedsheets with pungent smell, toilet was not properly clean with stained n mold, they only issued 1 key card per room when there’s two adults in a room.
