- From NAD 9,325.27 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 16,333 reviewsAirport coach stops right outside, and the Luas (tram) stops are also VERY convenient. Cinema just a few doors away for when the weather caves in! Great location. One of THE BEST BREAKFASTS ever. A wonderful selection of hot and cold foods, with plenty of fruit and other options (including helpful staff) for plant-based eaters. You feel welcomed and coddled from the minute you step foot inside. Exemplary staff and very visible senior managers ensuring high standards. Lovely to sit in the beautifully decorated foyer and bar area for a cuppa, drink, snack and a catch-up before heading out again. Happy to store luggage after check-out until you are ready to leave the city. Spotless rooms and a good shower. The noon check-out time is also a huge plus. All in all, this was so good that when we went back to pick up our bags and were having a pre-travel drink, we decided to stay another night! We hope to have the opportunity to be back in the future and highly recommend a stay here :-) [week before Christmas 2024]Guest review byFionaNew Zealand

Dublin is an easy to walk/explore city, with lots to see and experience. 'Maps' can be very helpful in navigating the older parts of the city. Quite busy, and a bit crowded with visitors from around the world, which is to be expected. A vast array of neighborhoods and things to do - more than just the City Center/Temple Bar area. Transit is good, though not always on time. Local folks are generally friendly and helpful. Like any major city, staying aware of ones surroundings is important, especially after dark. We were there for a sporting event, and is was a great experience.Guest review byPete AmendaUnited States - 8.0
Beautiful city with tonnes of history and pretty much...
Beautiful city with tonnes of history and pretty much everything is within walking distance if you’re someone who’s older or has limited mobility. Everyone I met in the town were warm and friendly. Kilkenny castle being the obvious standout but the wee design area just across from the castle with all the bespoke shops are run by characters and very talented people! If you’re looking for a more relaxed, go at your own pace with tonnes of history then Kilkenny is perfect for a one to two nights getawayGuest review byDarrenIreland - 10.0

Wexford is situated seaside.
Wexford is situated seaside. It has a beautiful port that is several hundred feet wide and lends itself to many kinds of group activities. It's perfect for walking and looking landward to the colorful town built on a hillside. The meandering streets throughout the town are perfect for walking and enjoying the many beautiful buildings. Restaurants and cafes abound along every street.Guest review byThomasUnited States - 10.0
What an unexpected surprise.
What an unexpected surprise. Waterford packed a punch in terms of a lovely get away. Our favourite spots were around The Viking Triangle within the city and then Dunmore East for the sea, Mount Congreve- a gardener's delight, and Dungarvan, which is a charming harbour town. In terms of eating, I would highly recommend Mount Congreve for lunch and Bodega in Waterford City for dinner. We also checked out The Garden Mount Wolsley where you can delight in different plants and flowers from all over the world and have a fabulous lunch in their cafe. All in all, we were so impressed with Waterford. I would highly recommend staying in Granvilles Hotel too on Meagher Quay. It's four star with exceptional service and value.Guest review byDaraIreland - 8.0

Swords is a bustling town with a reasonable range of shops and heaps of Cafes. Nearby Pavillions shopping complex is a very large mall with everything you need. Swoprds Castle in town is worth a visit but parking is a major problem in the township unless you carry cash. It would be so much easier if cards were accepted. Streets are narrow and can get congested.Guest review byPat TaylorNew Zealand - 8.0
If you are looking for cutting-edge city life, this is not...
If you are looking for cutting-edge city life, this is not for you. Dundalk is a former railway town, largely built round the (now defunct) works for the GNRI and with much 19th century red-brick architecture. It has a busy high street with a lot of small shops, pubs and restaurants, none are grand, it reminds me of similar towns in the UK before planning blight took hold. A lot of effort seems to have gone into smartening the place up in recent years, which is nice. Would that other towns of its scale have survived so well it would be nothing exceptional, but as so few have, it has a real charm. As a base, it is well sited to explore the countryside around, which has a long and interesting history, with a lot of historic sites.Guest review byNicholasUnited Kingdom
