The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had left my phone in a cab and they dedicated their time to helping me locate it. They made me feel calm and relaxed thru a very stressful situation.

Excellent service from checkin to checkout, very charming, comfortable hotel. Lovely dinner (with a wonderful guitarist serenading us!!). Easy to get to and from Shannon Airport. Loved going to this hotel and this town, a little off the beaten track, but well worth visiting if you want to see the real Ireland-can't wait to return!!

The location, service, cleanliness, food, staff and the entire experience was wonderful. I have stayed in many hotels and very few can compete with Lakeside Hotel. The stay filled me with joy, I would recommend this property 100%.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They assisted me in obtaining a reputable private driver for the next portion of my journey. My room was the largest and nicest of my entire trip to Ireland! I will definitely stay here on future trips!
