The owner and the entire staff made us feel at home with an amazing service. The hotel is clean and beautiful and the position is perfect. We booked the night visit at Taj Mahal, so we needed to walk safely and comfortably by night. The hotel is at a walking distance, directly on the road towards Taj Mahal east gate, which is clean and well kept. For the morning visit, we were able to reach the Taj Mahal at 5:30 and we were the first in line. I will recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to visit Agra.

Switzerlandnew hotel, nice and clean room, very friendly staff, modern bathroom, we arrived at 6am with the nighttrain and couldnt check in because the hotel was fully booked, but they have a common area where we could rest until check in - we were so glad for that 🙏 and we even got a free upgrade for our room, many thanks 🙏 hotel is 15min ride away from the ghats - but easy reachable with tuktuk. and next to the hotel is the best chai and samosa shop in town (according to locals). it was indeed very good! ☺️

I went two times. The second time was a last minute booking, because originally I was supposed to go to another hotel in Lucknow (Hotel Casa). When I arrive it was extremely dirty (ex. fresh blood stains and hair in my bed, etc). So I decided to leave and go again to Piccadilly in the middle of the night.
The hotel was very clean (EUR standards). The staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. They were trying their very best to make our stay superb. For example, we arrive late for breakfast and they allowed us to take it anyways!
It was also the day with the worst air quality in the last 30 years in Lucknow, even with an FFP2 we were getting throat pain and red eyes. Inside the hotel the air was very good and I could breath normal, which probably means they have clean AC filters.
Due to all that - Next time I am in Lucknow I will for sure go to this hotel

The Room was spacious and nice. The excellent thing for our stay was the Food. The Breakfast and Dinner was just fabulous. Multiple options for our vegetarian family. Choices for all: kids and adults. Wether the dishes were Indian cuisine or Western (esp the Pasta and Pizza), the taste was authentic. For our 3 dinners over there, they had a great rotation for the items on the menu, ensuring there was minimal repetition. The Bakery items for the breakfast were also very nice - the mini chocolate muffins and the Banana bread were lapped up by the kids like anything. And the great food was topped up by excellent service. Mr Rajneesh in the restaurant was an ever smiling presence and very attentive to our needs. The SkyBar area was also amazing.

Very nice staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms. We were looking for a location for a very long time, it is impossible to drive a car from 16.30 to 21.30, this was not reported in advance. Problems in our country were resolved without prepayment and thanks for that. Each cup of tea at breakfast is paid separately, as in a restaurant.

Varanasi is one of those few places in the world where you...
Varanasi is one of those few places in the world where you go to observe, understand and learn. Of course, ghats are a majestic sight and local food is something to die for. Be prepared for massive crowds, carry your bottle of water, walk around as much as possible, and avoid the famous but over-rated chaat shops (not naming them here). Kashi Vishwanath and its many famous temples give Varanasi its character. Tulsi Manas Mandir was my favourite, its a piece of real history.

Due to the restriction no rikshaw and cabs are allowed near to temple and we have to wlak for longer distance as the rikshaw and cab charging high cost.
Also airport road was blocked and we had to run 1/2 kms to catch our flight due to CM visit.

I had the most horrible and shocking experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away.
I had booked a room with a balcony, but on arrival, I was given a room without a balcony. The room I had actually booked was left uncleaned, stinking, and completely dirty, and that was the excuse given to me.
The room service staff, Dinesh, behaved extremely rudely. He refused to get the room cleaned, did not show the room properly, and carried an unacceptable level of attitude for someone working in hospitality.
To make things worse, I had ordered 12 parathas, but they served only 1 paratha and acted as if it was normal. No apology, no correction.
The room allotted to me, Room 106, was filthy. The washroom lights kept blinking, and when I complained, the staff shamelessly said this is their “fashion and style” in every room. Completely ridiculous!
And then came the most shocking incident:
When I refused to pay for the bad and incorrect food served at night, the manager, Ravi, started shouting and threatening, saying he would break the glass of my car. He then abused my wife openly on the road, which was absolutely disgraceful and terrifying. This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional — it's unacceptable and unsafe.
To add to everything, we didn’t even get breakfast in the morning. No one informed us about the breakfast timings, and at 10 AM the staff bluntly said breakfast is over, without taking any responsibility.
This hotel has zero hygiene, zero professionalism, and zero respect for guests.
From dirty rooms to rude staff to violent threats — this was the worst of the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel.
STAY AWAY. For your safety and sanity.
