GuernseyThe views on arrival were breathtaking taking. When at reception we were greeted with a smile, with everything explained. Our room had a baloney with views of the mountain of which we could sit out every evening and admire and wake up to everyday. A great base for the walks. We asked a locals point of view for walks and were given many. The afternoon snacks and drinks were excellent with nothing ever too much to ask for. The two ladies serving the breakfast were excellent too, with the variety and quality excellent too. We are on a northern trip of Italy and this is the best part and hotel by far. We will be back and miss you already. Thank you for the memories and the departing gifts of your apple strudel.

We had 2 rooms in the hotel and were delighted with our stay. The gentleman on reception was very welcoming and a great help to newcomers visiting the area. He made us feel at home. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are excellent. There are great walks within few minutes drive.....some of the most stunning scenery in Europe I would say!!

The spa is fantastic with so many steam , sauna options including a lovely pool . Great varied spa menu too but I didn’t get chance to experience any of the treatments

The staff were all very kind and warmly welcomed me upon arrival. The hotel is located near Monte Pelmo, offering an even more impressive view. With its terrace and modern rooms, everything felt clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

It's not the cheapest town in the area, and not every place has the same high standards.
Lots of Olympic construction going on, both in town and all around, so watch out for delays and possible noise. But you'll get over that once you smell the air and see the views.

We chose this place since we were looking for a room with air conditioning near Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Boca di Cadora is a very small town , and it takes 15 minutes to get to Cortina D'amezzo , which is a central town and a better choice for day
trips in the dolomit area.
There was nothing to do in Boca di Cadora in the summer.

Great base for exploring the Dolomites. Lovely setting with mountains on all sides of the lake which was also very picturesque to stroll around or you could take a pedalo or a rowing boat. Recommended eateries: Quinz and Pizzeria Eidelweiss. Great if you wnat to join the queue for the car park for Tre Cime bright and early to ensure you get in.

We had an absolutely perfect experience during our 5-day stay at Garni Civetta, tucked away in the stunning Italian Dolomites. From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel owners, a truly kind couple who made us feel right at home.
The location is perfect for exploring the beauty of the Dolomites. On top of that, the value for money is amazing – we got much more than we expected in terms of comfort and hospitality.

Nice quaint small town located in the Dolomites. Strongly suggest avoiding it between July and early September. Far too many people to really enjoy it. Our prior visit was in mid-October 2023 and it was much better as tourist and holiday season was over. Weather was better in October as well, not too hot, so hiking was much more pleasant.

Easy short drive to some spectacular hikes.
It was busy in August but not too hard to get off the beaten track.
Good take-away pizza from the spagetteria restaurant.
Park by the lake lovely in the evening for toddler with crazy golf/trampolines, nice bar for a beer with amazing views of the mountains
