The hotel location was excellent for day hikes. The hotel's excellent breakfast provided energy for the hikes, A+! The spa area was clean and relaxing.
The balcony in the room provided a nice place for cooling off. The room was clean and although it was the smallest room, it was spacious enough for two adults. The room was nicely renovated and the bathroom was absolutely lovely.
The staff is first class and very friendly. Grazie!

The breakfast here is absolutely delicious, and what sets it apart is the unique free à la carte menu, which I haven't seen offered at any other hotel before. The location is excellent - it's very central yet surprisingly quiet, with the city center just a short walk away. The added bonus of a free parking garage is a big plus. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the front desk team is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist you. Qatari liked the room size, cleanness, breakfast was so various and delicious, the spa... all all was super amazing especially the receptionist Claudia she is so friendly and helpful.
We arrived late at night, and although the reception was unattended, they had left the keys for us along with a note explaining that we could complete the check-in process and make payment the following morning.

We have been in Alpenschlössl in December 2022. Very clean, good spa area with attentive personnel.
This part of hotel is great for people who wants to have more calm atmosphere than in the main building.
By the way very good quality of manicure, a that is rare to find. Takes time but worth it 100%.
Cool bar with view, a cocktails and intertainment.
I have forgotten my belongings in the room and they were sent directly home. Service was great!

Absolutely everything, from the staff (Andrea, in particular, one of the servers was lovely) who see to your every need and want, the well thought out activities, the beautiful property and surroundings, the lovely breakfast, lunch, snacks, aperitif and dinner. This place is heaven on earth.

Bolzano was stunning , we spent the evening at the Christmas markets , everything was handmade and truly authentic Italian . Delicious food and drinks . Fabulous setting and all the shops really went all out decorating for Christmas. Best experience ever !

There is a lot to do in Merano, rain or shine.
There is a lot to do in Merano, rain or shine. Of course, there are the local & famous walkways, the mountain hikes, bike trails, and the Dolomites are nearby. On rainy days, there are castles, the Terme spa/pools. Overall, it's a very nice town with a lot to do.

It's not the cheapest town in the area, and not every place...
It's not the cheapest town in the area, and not every place has the same high standards.
Lots of Olympic construction going on, both in town and all around, so watch out for delays and possible noise. But you'll get over that once you smell the air and see the views.

The trekking routes can be reached on foot or with the Dolomiti Card, which is provided the day before your arrival and is valid for the entire duration of your stay.
During the day, we took advantage of the mountain huts for lunch and local restaurants in the evening. The average price is around €25 per person per meal.

Nice and clean apartment. Even we only had contact with the host via the chat, the host was very helpful though.
The location of apartment was perfect. It's located in the city center. We love the view outside the living room. Parking was 15 euro per night, it's very nearby apartment. We had a lovely stay at Casa Fellin.

Many slopes of varying difficulty. Something for everyone.
All are very well groomed every single night.
Lifts are refreshed / replaced by newer at extreme rates.
Parking at the bottom station of the gondola is the best that you will ever experience and the price is quite affordable.

Everything was wonderful! Super clean, safe and close to attractions we took part in. A great place to hike from, to see the sites and to just sit back and enjoy the beauty all around!
Getting to the location was easy...just recommend going slowly around the many turns to get up to the area you're headed....all worth it!
We went up the mountain in the gondola and could hike around up there. We also ate lunch at the top and the food was great! Highly recommend!
Several local shops were fun to go into. This area has a lot of great hiking available for novice to expert hikers.

Canazei is located at the southern part of the Sella Ronda...
Canazei is located at the southern part of the Sella Ronda domain and you need to take a couple of lifts up to the slopes. There are also buses to get to different parts of the domains, and though they run regularly their frequency changes. Apres-ski life is more on the quiet side in Canazei and while there are a lot of restaurants in the village, we didn't find anything the marked us. There's a great (but pricey) swimming pool and wellness center and shops are OK for such a village.

I gave the hotel a review that reflects my honest opinion, mainly about the manager/host of the hotel. Obviously my review was not received with warmth from the hotel manager. He messaged me immediately via Whatsapp and blamed me being not polite to him, I have no idea where does this come from. I believe he has broken the golden rule of being in me the hospitality industry, if he cannot accept honest reviews, how can he improve to thrive on?
The hotel itself is OK and the only problem I have is the steep climb (not the hotel's fault) and mainly the manager's manner.
