Their restaurant and their dinner is great, a little bit expensive but very high quality and creative foods. Breakfast was also great. And the staff was nice and responsive to our requests like having a second blanket, etc.

Breakfasts were a complete delight - eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, cheeses, meat, yogurt, and delightful croissants with delectable fillings. Amazing way to start a day in the beautiful Dolomites!
Our rooms were spotless, bathrooms newly renovated, beds and pillows perfect.
Location was good and on-site parking was easy.
This family cares about their guests. We were delighted to stay, and sorry to leave.

United KingdomOur stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was luxurious, and the spa facilities were spotless, with an outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, and swimming pool. We were warmly welcomed with drinks upon arrival, which set the tone for a fantastic experience.
Originally, we booked for two nights but loved it so much that we extended our stay. The food was outstanding—breakfast offered a great variety, including prosecco, which was a perfect start before hitting the slopes. Dinner, included in the room price, was a delicious four-course menu.
A special mention to Levi, Christian, and Iuliana for their exceptional service. Thank you for having us—we will definitely return!

Characterised by Tyrolean chalets and spiky peaks, the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Dolomites are a spectacular part of the Italian Alps. Some parts belonged to Austria, so German is widely spoken.
Site of several luxury Dolomites hotels on Booking.com is Cortina d’Ampezzo, a glamorous town with great après-ski and scenery that has starred in several films. To the east Auronzo di Cadore is by a tranquil lake, while Corvara is surrounded by stunning mountains. Nearby Ortisei and Selva offer fantastic skiing and rock climbing.
The riverside town of Bolzano (Bozen in German) is home to Ötzi the iceman, a 5000-year-old mummy found in the Alps above Merano, a ski resort with a castle and botanical gardens. Madonna di Campiglio in the Brenta Dolomites has access to over 150 km of ski runs, and one of the ‘vie ferrate’, hiking paths with steel handrails. Other Dolomites ski resorts are Arabba and Canazei, separated by the area’s highest pass.
Just south, Rocca Pietore is next to Marmolada, the tallest Dolomites mountain. Nearby Alleghe has a beautiful setting on a lake used for winter ice skating, while San Martino di Castrozza to the south-west has many Dolomites ski hotels near a range of pistes. The church spire of beautiful Belluno to the south-east creates a great photo opportunity against the backdrop of mountains.

There are some places that exceed the hype and this is one of them! A truly amazing experience in a tranquil pine forest retreat with outstanding heated pool and enhanced by the amazing food and hospitality.
Things that surprise me in a very positive way:
- the food was outstanding! Besides the gourmet style daily dinner the lunch was surprisingly also amazing. In some occasions I even enjoyed more the lunch to the dinner as the food was more authentic in a more laid down vibe. The grill lunch was one of those days! Just perfection! Klaus knows what he is doing (just a pity he cannot speak English! Maybe another member of the staff should join him).
- Wine and cocktails. I must say all the complementary coktails were very impressive both in authenticity and in flavour! The wine list is also high standards.
- the pool. Not only it is beautiful and pristine clean but the water is at perfect warm temperature and the size big enough for real proper swimming! Impressive!
- tranquility of the grounds mainly in the sauna areas.
- top notch quality of the complimentary electric bikes.
- staff polite and pro active. I would like to highlight the professionalism of Lorenza, Alexandre and Christian.

The service was excellent and very friendly, the room was nice, we ate at the hotel each night, there was a choice of starters mains and sweets, for a set price depending on how many courses you chose, (very reasonable priced, only €21 for full 3 course plus salad/veg) we had salad all three nights along with either a starter or main, 1st night pasta with venison ragu👍then pork wrapped in parma ham 👌lastly pasta with pesto😁 table wine was nice & very reasonable at €12, also loved the pinot grigio, which is my tipple, along with a few limonchello's and aperell sprites. The bar closed at 10pm but you could sit and enjoying your drinks in the lounge until whenever. We was on motorbikes and there was ample parking space in the garage and loads of fabulous roads /passes to go on, we didn't use the spa as we went out on our bikes, I would definatly recommend this as a place to stay.

We have been in Alpenschlössl in December 2022. Very clean, good spa area with attentive personnel.
This part of hotel is great for people who wants to have more calm atmosphere than in the main building.
By the way very good quality of manicure, a that is rare to find. Takes time but worth it 100%.
Cool bar with view, a cocktails and intertainment.
I have forgotten my belongings in the room and they were sent directly home. Service was great!

We had an incredible spa day, where we could just relax. Both of us had the best massage ever and I also received an amazing facial and pedicure! The pool was great and never too crowded. Our room was gorgeous and super cozy. We had an amazing time. We can't wait to come back when it's snowing!

Bolzano is a perfect spot for exploring the lower reaches of the Dolomites with very good train connections to Verona, Venice, Innsbruck and beyond.
The old town is gorgeous to walk around and off course the must see attraction of The Bolzano Iceman. Otzi, 5300 year natural Mummy should be number 1 on the 'cannot be missed list'

Very pleasant,peaceful town with excellent transport facilities for exploring the dolomite areas and the meadow pastures,a walkers paradise.Tourist information office has masses of info,leaflets and suggestions.

It's not the cheapest town in the area, and not every place...
It's not the cheapest town in the area, and not every place has the same high standards.
Lots of Olympic construction going on, both in town and all around, so watch out for delays and possible noise. But you'll get over that once you smell the air and see the views.

Nice and clean apartment. Even we only had contact with the host via the chat, the host was very helpful though.
The location of apartment was perfect. It's located in the city center. We love the view outside the living room. Parking was 15 euro per night, it's very nearby apartment. We had a lovely stay at Casa Fellin.

The trekking routes can be reached on foot or with the Dolomiti Card, which is provided the day before your arrival and is valid for the entire duration of your stay.
During the day, we took advantage of the mountain huts for lunch and local restaurants in the evening. The average price is around €25 per person per meal.

Kronplatz is everyone's favorite skiing destination.
Many slopes of varying difficulty. Something for everyone.
All are very well groomed every single night.
Lifts are refreshed / replaced by newer at extreme rates.
Parking at the bottom station of the gondola is the best that you will ever experience and the price is quite affordable.

Everything was wonderful!
Everything was wonderful! Super clean, safe and close to attractions we took part in. A great place to hike from, to see the sites and to just sit back and enjoy the beauty all around!
Getting to the location was easy...just recommend going slowly around the many turns to get up to the area you're headed....all worth it!
We went up the mountain in the gondola and could hike around up there. We also ate lunch at the top and the food was great! Highly recommend!
Several local shops were fun to go into. This area has a lot of great hiking available for novice to expert hikers.

Belluno is a stunning town.
Belluno is a stunning town. You are always surrounded by spectacular mountains and the beautiful turquoise colour of the river. Considering the size of the town there are many excursions available a short distance away and the local cuisine does not disappoint! There are many restaurants and cafes in close proximity to Piazza dei Martiri (Martyrs' Sq). While we were there we had the opportunity to experience the carbonara festival which was a delight!
Loved the fact that we had no issues with crowds or traffic which was a welcome surprise. And loved the small town intimacy.

There are three lifts close to the village and buses which are free to guest card holders which go to at least 8 more. There are suggestions of hikes from the top of all these lifts. The website fassa.com is full of information.

The walk from the San Pellegrino pass to rifugio fuciada is fantastic as it is pretty flat, not too far (8 km round trip approx) and can be done with snow boots even in Dec/Jan. The scenery of the mountains and warm atmosphere, drinks and food of the rifugio make it an fabulous winter walk. Busses are available from Moena to the pass.
