The experience was made extraordinary by the incredible staff, particularly two outstanding employees who truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.
Farah, one of the hotel's employees, was an absolute delight. Her cheerful demeanor and eagerness to assist made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always ready with a smile and willing to help with any request we had, making our stay incredibly pleasant.
Another remarkable staff member was a gentleman with dark skin whose name, unfortunately, escapes me. His exceptional kindness and helpfulness truly saved the day for us. During our stay, a marathon event caused road closures, making our planned route to the airport impassable. This incredible employee took it upon himself to guide us on the best alternative route, ensuring we made it to the airport on time and didn't miss our flight. His dedication and assistance were invaluable and deeply appreciated.
The hotel's beautiful location on Lake Como, combined with the exceptional service provided by its staff, made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, delightful and stress-free experience in one of Italy's most picturesque regions.

NetherlandsThe location was great, very quiet, and local. It was an easy 30min taxi/1.5h water ferry to Bellagio and there was lots of restaurants and things to do in the area.
The room was fantastic. It had great finishes, was extremely clean, and had an incredible lake view.
The staff were really friendly and helpful giving us lots of tips of things to do. They also helped us deal with a parking ticket we got so that we didn't have to spend our precious vacation time waiting in line at the post office to pay it.
The breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant was also great. The portions were big and the price/value ratio was perfect.

Como boasts of an interesting city centre which can be explored in about 2 days , together with a beautiful lakeside promenade ideal for a walk, a couple of parks and a few stunning villas by the lake. It is also a good base from which one can explore the picturesque towns and villages on the lake. However being at the southern tip of the lake, travelling to the northern part of the lake or the Lecco branch of the lake takes quite a long time. Plenty of restaurants which can be a bit pricey, but the food is delicious. Bellagio is just so nice. The jewel in the crown. Busy during the day but better in the evening. Saying that, you can still get around. It’s charming, clean and plenty of shops restaurants. Lecco is in the south part of Lake Como, but from almost all the cities that we look around the Lake, apart from Bellagio, Lecco is the most picturesque because the mountains chain in the Background. Is simply breathtaking. The city itself has nice restaurants, stores and the walk around the lake is fantastic. Is served from a Train station the reaches Milan and the airports in few times, make it easy to depart and come from overseas. I’d definetly book this place again, great views. It was fairly easy to get to and from, bit of a long journey but didn’t mind. The staff were great and the other people staying were nice to very international and friendly oh and I loved seeing peoples dogs but I’m not sure if they were staying there? It's a cute town with some lovely restaurants and easy enough to walk around for someone of average fitness. However if your purpose is to explore most of Lake Como, you will be limited to the slow ferry up to Bellagio / Varenna / Menaggio which takes 2-3hours. We had originally booked to stay in Varenna but cancelled due to works on the train line to get there. It still would have been a better option, or just staying in Como town to access the fast ferry. Most of the private boat tours also pick up from Como or from the "Golden Triangle" of the lake.Guest review byLouiseAustralia - 10.0

Tremezzo is a beautiful town to stay in on the coast of Lake Como. It’s very easy to take the ferry to many other towns as well as Bellagio, on the lake. It was wonderful to spend several nights there.Guest review bySuzanneUnited States - 10.0
Bellano is an amazing place to visit.
Bellano is an amazing place to visit. Absolutely beautiful and so easy to get around on the ferry. Restaurants are close by aswell as supermarkets. TBH I could just sit and look out at the amazing views all day long!Guest review byAnonymous
