The property was beautifully designed in an architecture that makes you feel cozy, full of creativity, and surrounded by colors. It was nicely decorated, and everything contributed to a relaxing atmosphere, putting you in a mode of relaxation. Everything was beautiful. Additionally, all the staff members greeted us with warm smiles; not a single frown was seen. In the reception area, Mary and the other girl were exceptionally friendly and respectful, offering us warm greetings. I lost some in the room not expensive and the staff handled very well and willing to pay for it. It was incredibly they attentions ☺️☺️

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout, our room was very spacious and quiet, the property is furbished tastefully and is very well maintained. The selection at the breakfast buffet was very varied and catered for every taste. I can only recommend the Palazzo 42 and we will certainly be back once we are in the area again.
