The staff is amazing. Kind professional, warm attitude, we felt at home and everyone tried hard to make our stay a perfect experience and it was indeed.
The decoration is perfect. This hotel from the 60's has a soul. The breakfast buffet was perfect. We had dinner as well every evening. It was good and affordable.
The pool area was welcoming.
We would like to greet and thank all the members of the staff from security guards to receptionists (even if we arrived late at night made their best with the kitchen staff to bring us snacks in the bedroom) the waiters and Waitresses from both evening restaurant and breakfast are wonderful
And of a special thank you to Karen their amazing manager who puts her energy and Heart in this lovely hotel.
Location is as well very convenient. Safe and quiet.

In one word:AMAZING! Excellent customer service, staff and garden. We stayed now for the 4th time. From the moment we arrived the staff made our experience magical with their excellent service and attention. Room was very comfortable and clean, food choices are endless and delicious. Everything was perfect!!! The staff were so courteous and helpful, right from being checked in by Cynthia, every one made sure our stay was blissful.
The daily programs during the festive period were interesting and the food was great!! My wife and I really enjoyed the themed dinners, indeed it was a great experience.

Well maintained, full of vibrant nice employees to mention a few Caleb Riri at reception,Tobias and Nour at the bar. Basically All employees were fabulous.

It's has variety of things. Great restaurants nearby like the Istanbul Beach Cave Restaurant. Great malls and entertainment joints. It was exciting to learn that the Old Bobs is the new 1922 club.

It is not a place for a holiday, I was there to check on some of my Property but I was frustrated because I ended up staying for more Days than I had wanted. It is loud and congested.but if one has his own home is Ok but there are other nice places to enjoy and have fun
It easy to get round Mtwapa, by Tax Tuk tuk and motor Bikes and public means of transport called Matatus.

Kilifi is a very quiet and serene town. The locals are very friendly and very accommodating. Activities you should try while there (Salty's on the Creek floating restaurant and An evening dhow experience)

Nyali has got all the beauties everyone imagines. Though the property I stayed in was not good due to lack of information while choosing, Nyali hosts all the epic places any person feels so excited. Am really amazed with Mombasa in general and Nyali in particular. Crime rate feels zero level. People are very supportive and amazing. Mombasa/ Nyali has been beyond my expectation! I enjoyed it!

Victoria courts is one of the worst apartment.. will not recommend to any visitor because you will not like the hospitality there.. the rooms were not as per my specification and they didn’t bother to listen to me after reaching out to them severally. I had booked for 5 nights fully paid but had to spend one night and forego the 4 nights. They didn’t refund my money though and the didn’t care. Clients be warned!!!

Its a nice town bustling with activity and its proximity to other amenities such as clubs, many nice restaurants, supermarkets, shops is very nice. Transport is easily available to other parts of the town, very friendly people, a variety of restaurants serving local dishes, barbeque chicken is a favourite and readily available every evening.

The apartment is very pretty and the terrace on the creek offers beautiful vieux. In the morning many monkeys come to say "hi" : it's very funny indeed.
If you like to walk...it needs only 10 minutes to go in town.
Close to the apartment there are 2 very nice restaurants on the sea, where it's possible to eat very good food.

You have to know that Nyali is not a quiet place.
You have to know that Nyali is not a quiet place. At night you can hear many nightclubs but at least they stopped at a certain time. The beach is also crowded but offers many different amenities. It is not an upscale destination like it used to be

Bamburi Beach Hotel boasts an exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and cater to all our needs. Kudos to the reservation team and the attentive waitstaff. While there were some rusty bath knobs and bedding/towel issues, the facility itself is beautiful, with ample, clean swimming pools and stunning surroundings and amazing food.The sea view from the hotel was simply breathtaking!
