after i booked the room i read reviews that were very negative so i was worried but when i got there and saw the property for myself it was beautiful the staff was very friendly the security was awesome there are 2 security check points one off the main street when you turn in to the property and one at the gate i loved that specially since i was travelling with my wife and kids the villa was beautiful remodeled and when you go out to your balcony the beach is right there!! and i loved that they even roped off the beach i felt very safe and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and newly remodeled the pool and jacuzzi are old and the water was a bit dirty but they were remodeling that area when we were there i dont like how they charge 600.00 deposit at check in it took my bank 5 days to return the funds back to my account but i understand why that security deposit is so high being in rosarito and you get alot of 18 year olds that go there to get drunk and party alot of them cant afford to pay a 600.00 security deposit which is good for travelers like us that are travelling with our families that just want to come out to relax and eat good food

The staff are great. There is a varied menu and the food was always banging (amazing). Room service is efficient and was so handy to have available while I was stuck in an all day meeting. I forget the name of the chap on the bar near the sports room, but he's a top man!
The level of English is varied but it doesn't deter staff from trying their best to help you. Hopefully next time my Spanish will be more than saying I can't speak Spanish :D
I would like to say that the casino is quite varied and I was really happy to see actual card tables and not those boring ePOS machines. The dealers are charismatic and entertaining.

The breakfast was good. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the beach, within walking distance. The parking lot security guard, Victor, was friendly and helpful. His English was even better than I expected, because the Spanish-speaking receptionist at the front desk didn't understand English, and Victor helped translate my English into Spanish to explain to her. The hot water for shower is very good. Although it was a bit noisy at night due to the festival music, it quieted down before 2 a.m. The ocean-view room was good.

Two pool areas and a very good mexican breakfast. Very kind people. The hotel is an enclosed facility with more buildings and restaurants. The Italian restaurant has the best Ceasar salad we have ever had, though the prices are higher.

Tijuana remains a great destination for affordable food, services, and healthcare. In under 48 hours, I got a haircut, new rear tires with warranty, replaced my truck's clutch slave cylinder, bought Christmas gifts at nearly 66% savings, had lab work done, consulted a doctor and dermatologist, purchased medication about 38% cheaper than in the US, and enjoyed a massage and facial. Shop early and avoid downtown unless you know your destination. Nightlife is best with friends at reputable venues; family restaurants are safer for drinks than bars. Exchange dollars for pesos, stay a high end hotels if possible and learn basic phrases like "cerveza," "baño," and "buenas noches."

Mexicali has nearly everything you need. Nice hotels, shopping, doctors, restaurants, many businesses. But not a lot of street signs, and it has a lot of traffic. Study a map first, and know where you're going, before you go there.

Ensenada is a great place to shop. The long street with many shops is full of interesting "finds." Many people speak English, and in some places you can still make a bargain to reduce prices. I was particularly amazed at the number of inviting-looking restaurants.

Valle de Guadalupe offers many excellent experiences, including wineries like Carrodilla and Emeve, and restaurants such as Finca Altozano. However, our recent dinner at Loreta Restaurant did not meet expectations. While the location is excellent, the dining atmosphere was impacted by two issues: The lights were turned off mid-meal, making it difficult to see our food. The music was loud, preventing us from holding a conversation across the table. We hope the management addresses these ambiance concerns to bring the experience up expectations.

There's a beautiful beach facing the Pacific Ocean here, it's amazing! We could try various local Mexican dishes at different restaurants. There are also public transportation and taxi stations, but we didn't try them since we were on a road trip. I recommend staying 3 nights or 4 days to relax and enjoy the local food and sea views. Don't miss the lobster and seafood delicacies!

San Felipe has a lovely & safe vibe. The locals are friendly and helpful. The weather was amazing during our visit in November. The beaches and Malecon were nice to walk. Lots of dog friendly place to take my pup! The best fish tacos!!

Tecate is a sleepy border town that has upgraded over the past decades. With its old fashioned plaza and church, fun shops, and great restaurants, it is a great introduction to Mexico. Safe, very friendly, and known for the famous Rancho La Puerta spa.

San Quintin is growing. Calimax, plenty of Oxxo's, El Florido.. The Hotel was to far out of San Quintin to enjoy any activities or to enjoy the restaurants. We had business in Vicente Guerreo at the orphanage but we couldn't enjoy our time because of the distance. We ate at the Santa Isabel restaurant which was great. Great Menu and reasonable prices.
