It was next a big mall and the entry is from the hotel lobby. Fantastic facilities, food and most of all the staff were exceptional We were upgraded to a large suite ( so so specious, with full bathroom and a seperate guest washroom

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful and clean, and the location is fantastic. However, we mistakenly booked a windowless room. We asked to pay extra for a regular room with a window but were given a fantastic room with a terrace at no additional cost. Thank you once again! Also, when we were checking out, since our flight was in the evening, we asked if we could stay by the pool, and this was kindly allowed. In this way, the hotel staff extended our vacation by an extra day, which we truly appreciated. All compliments to both the staff and the hotel. A small tip: the food at the hotel is very diverse and offered at very reasonable prices, so there’s no need to look for restaurants outside for lunch or dinner.
