The staff was always pleasant and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety. The swimming pool was a highlight – especially since they even had a separate pool for kids! They also have kids room with a lot of toys and activities. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to tanyoney looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with kids.

We are delighted. We had a room in the palace and in the outbuilding. The one in the palace was very fancy, the one in the outbuilding was standard, everything we needed, and most important - very clean. Really nice and well-kept facility. Very important information for others - you can go from the outbuilding to the palace or the pool area underground, so it is really great for guests that they can move between buildings in bathrobes without worrying about the weather. DELICIOUS breakfasts. My partner has a gluten-free diet and the restaurant took care of him both in terms of bread and dessert. Thank you! Service - 10 stars. Each person deserves a personal thank you, but we will write in general that both the SPA zone, reception, restaurant and people taking care of the cleanliness of the facility were so nice, smiling and helpful that I heard from all three of my companions that if the Tri-City, this is the only hotel from now on we would be staying in. See you and thank you again! ☺️

Great buffet breakfast. All around just a great value for money solution if you are visiting Gdansk.
I would already recommend the place just based on my stay there, but I need to add something that happened after I left. I was silly enough to leave some documents in the safety box in our room. I called the staff and they did everything that the papers would get back to me safely and in a timely manner! I couldn't be more grateful!
This just shows me that they provide excellent service overall!

Incredible breakfast. Friendly staff. Lovely spacious comfortable apartment that felt like a gorgeous Norwegian cabin. Beautiful peaceful nature, short walk to town and amenities and short walk to beach. Everything super close including lovely restaurants, cafes and grocery shops. Very very lovely and relaxed. Extremely close to get to Gdansk/Sopot centre etc but perfect if you also want to feel immersed in nature too. Super comfortable, spacious and cosy.

Fabulous staff, so kind and nice, positive and happy with great energy. Well cleand facilities, comfortable bed, lovely bedsheets, amazing breakfast. Which you can even buy when you are not a hotell guest, lovely coffe mashine. A water cettle in the room, great view, close to everything, avaliable parking just outside. Just 10 steps from the beach. We will stay there again.

Perfect stay for the families. Our kids loved to spend time in Prawdzic hotel. There is lot to do to keep them busy. It is located on the beach and has very good connection to the centre of Gdansk as well as Sopot. The rooms are clean even if they would need a new “facade”. The breakfast is really nice and everyone will find something there.

Very walkable city with plenty to see and many lovely cafes, restaurants and bars to rest and enjoy. Gdansk felt very safe and friendly meaning I felt very welcome as a tourist. The main canal is a highlight with boats and many shops and places to eat, drink and people watch. Amazing things to do including the WWII museum which was so well done, beautiful cathedrals with great views, and as my trip was in December - the fabulous Christmas markets. An ideal short city break and very affordable.

I spent two wonderful days in Gdynia and absolutely loved my stay! The city has such a fresh, welcoming atmosphere, and everything feels clean and well-organized.
I was especially impressed by how tidy it was around my hostel — the area was spotless and very well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable.

We easily found the Grand Hotel and long wooden pier where my mother had photos taken in 1946 when she was 17. It was important for us to visit Sopot for that reason. We liked the Ilusion Museum in the crooked house and Sopot Museum, Krzywy Domek.
We also liked the Oceanarium and lunch on the pirate ship in Gdynia and our visit and lunch in Gdansk.

Small but comfortable room with big enough bed. There is all basic things one needs for a night before/after an early/late flight, but a kettle, as buffet is not 24/7 and there is no shop at the corner or anything.

For me, it was ok to visit Gdansk for 1 time.
For me, it was ok to visit Gdansk for 1 time. I do not think I would travel there again since I have many places to visit in my list. The food and tap beers are good. But the old town is not genuinely old since 90% percent of the city dismantled in WWII.
I met the city in December and the Christmas market food was a nice experince

I arrived very late and chose Gdynia and Gdańsk simply because they’re by the sea and in the middle you have Sopot—but I was stunned by how modern, vibrant, and well-populated both cities are. Everything you could want is close by, from huge shopping malls to everyday essentials, and the people are genuinely friendly. I also visited the many museums as well as the Gospel Church in Gdańsk, and that experience exceeded my expectations as well. Overall, the Tri-City area far surpassed what I imagined.

Sopot is a beach city, so it has a beach vibe.
Sopot is a beach city, so it has a beach vibe. There are places to spend quiet time as well as partying. Lots of good restaurants and cocktail bars, regarding service and food. There are not a lots of tourist attraction to see, but if someone wants a peaceful and relaxing vacation Sopot is the perfect place. People are also very helpful there.
I did not use the public transport, mostly walked, it is a very walkable city. I took long walk in the northern park where you can walk inside a forest as well as by the beach., that's the place I liked most.

Gdańsk is a lovely place with charming neighborhoods, great restaurants, and friendly people. One of the nicest cities I’ve visited in Poland. I felt safe and relaxed the entire time, it was well worth the trip.
I walked a lot and also drove around quite a bit, including a visit to Sopot, which was lively and fun. I had delicious ramen at Gyozilla, an amazing donut in Sopot, and enjoyed tea from a few gas stations along the way.
Thank you, Gdańsk. I’ll be back.

A wonderful destination for a Christmas break.
A wonderful destination for a Christmas break. Atmospheric Christmas market and Old Town is delightfully restored after virtual obliteration in 1945. Many restaurants. Excellent WWII museum, modern and presented with both a global and Polish perspective. Modern and glitzy shopping centres too. Modern airport a 25 minutes taxi ride. Reasonably priced compared to UK.

Because of time constrains, we didn't really see much of Gdynia itself. Our youngsters went to the beach and the jetty and loved it. We believe you should have at least 3 days for this beautiful city to get to know it a bit.
