HungaryThis hotel was an exceptional experience. We have been to many hotels and here I could really say that the hotel deserves it. It's not a monumental 5-star hotel belonging to a large chain, and for me that was its beauty. The room is very luxury and modern. The parking garage under the building is great. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant with amazing view to the city, we had a great time, and the food was exceptional. The breakfast alone is worth choosing this hotel, and the service is really not the usual.

SerbiaEverything was perfect! The hotel is located in the city center. We had a balcony in the room with an incredible view of the National Romanian Opera and Cathedral. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and included not only basics but also some dishes of Romanian cuisine, like eggplant salad and zacusca.
The hotel has parking, which was crucial for us because we were traveling by car. The parking is located on the -1 floor of the hotel and has a private entrance. The entrance to the parking is from behind the hotel, but it is very easy to find.
Overall we had an amazing stay and we highly recommend this hotel!

Initially, upon arrival, the room that was booked was dirty the floor had dirt prints, the bathroom was clogged and the air conditioners was not functioning because there was no remote in the room. When I informed the receptionist, they escalated it to the manager and having acknowledged the mistake, was very generous enough to give us a better alternative room and refund the full amount.
It is the empathetic and sincere intentions that counted. I loved the surrounding places— it was magnificent!
I shall hope to visit that place someday again.
The whole team are very polite and professional.

Really nice view from the window, you can see the whole city!
Location is great, 10 mins from the city center on foot, so if you come by car you can leave the car in their free parking lot for the rest of the trip.
You have free wellness services - pool, sauna, gym...
Breakfast is very tasty.
Room temperature was just right.
The bathroom had a hot tub.

Salina Turda is gorgeous, it’s the place to visit, but not during the weekend when it’s very crowded and there are ling lines to the elevators.
The city is nice, clean, people friendly. The food is good, recommend restaurant Milexim.

Still growing as an urban area, it attracts younger generations and consumers, you might be surprised to discover the best pizza or best specialty coffee vendor in Cluj area, just around the corner - Storia Cucina, for example.

Very positive and would highly recommend this as a convenient location for the airport..6 mins drive away.
The host and hostess were both very helpful -before we arrived with communicating details of how to enter even though we arrived late, and in offering a ride to the airport next morning.
There is complimentary ( delicious) coffee and generous supply of toiletries in the nice bathroom.

What a beautiful place!
What a beautiful place! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment in this amazing cabin. It was such a peaceful place to rest, away form the busyness of normal life. Great job on making the environment both attractive and comfortable! The Cabin is well decorated, very welcoming, clean, provided of fulll kitchen equipments. We would definitely come back! Thank you for the incredible stay!

Great city. Planted by Hernann ike Paris so wide boulevards, great cafe culture, history, churches, botanical gardens, craft brewery. Close to Turda, Sibiu, Brasov and Sigisoara. Fabulous markets and freeevents

Very nice place but overrated. Very expensive. Everything is expensive, parking 10lei/hour and if you stay 5 minutes over you will pay the extra hour. Entrance 70 lei/person, way more expensive compared with (now destroyed) Salina Praid.

Great location with lake views.
Great location with lake views. Amazing potential for the area. No easy access to the take, many private villas, some quite opulent and not fitting the area style / not build using the traditional style, are blocking lake access in most places, many private roads, big dogs roaming around. No hiking or biking trails, no kayaking service. A crumbling resort from the 90s waiting for a buyer... A wonderful nature with a lot of wasted potential, typical post-Communist Romania situation. Maybe in 100-200 years it will be better...

The place is amazing, clean, safe and most of all you feel it is still a European country, no beggars, rough drivers, youths lurking around in hoodies as if lost souls, just clean environment, people well dressed, streets are clean, smooth flowing traffic, nice shops, excellent caffe's, restaurants are of a good standards, amazing clean parks to relax - I would definitely be visiting again, other European cities should take note.

The salt mine is something that is good to see to understand how the salt was extracted in old times. I expected much more. You can find two big underground hols. Elevators is too crowded so we use stairs to go up and down. Elevators are too small and too slow. Poor organization. Souvenirs are nothing special, choice was relay bad.
