I liked Fatima Hotel for its great location near Volcanoes National Park, beautiful mountain views, friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. The amenities like the pools and spa made the stay even more relaxing.

William the manager speaks english and french. He is very reactive and helpful. The food was nice but above the place whre the lodge stands is perfect. On the lake shore with a sublime view on the volcanos for the sunset and the sunrise. A small piece of paradise. Highly recommended!

The staff are AMAZING! So friendly - above and beyond. The room is simple and clean, the beds were comfortable. I felt safe. The location is really central if you like to explore the bustling town. We walked to 2 excellent restaurants within 5 minutes. They accommodated us with an early breakfast when we were trekking and a packed lunch for purchase. Amazing samosas. We loved the flat. It was clean and comfortable. Bed was perfect and curtains were blocking the light. The flat has a little kitchen but well equipped. One of best showers we had in Rwanda. Laundry is included which is great considering the gorilla trekking is very muddy. You can order food as well for lunch and dinner. The staff is always nice and helpful. Internet was ok and we were able to work as well. Great location in town. Would definitely come back.
