Fantastic property with exceptional value for money. Bungalows were nice and clean. 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The owner rented us a scooter and sorted onward bus/boat tickets. Highly recommend this property.

We were there in August and the beachbar, which was a bit loud in other reviews, was closed.

Overlooking Kawkwang Beach, Saladan Resort offers Thai-style accommodation with free WiFi. A beachfront pool and hot tub are featured. Free parking and 1 dining option is available. The people who run the place are so friendly and helpful. The staff would clean the room every day (and bring water and replace towels, etc) - but they also respected that I didn't need daily cleaning and just asked me what I did need. It is only a short walk into town - but the resort itself is quiet and peaceful though I enjoyed meeting other guests over coffee and toast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable.

I loved all of the attention to details in the room. There was a big bowl of fruits when I arrived which I absolutely loved. The staff were sweet and thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing - one of the bests! The gym was great too. It’s a very beautiful resort and my experience was incredibly relaxing. Koh lanta is a small island so you can either walk, get a bike or take a lil tuktuk to get to places. Many restaurants are also near by in walking distance. I will definitely come back and have already recommended it to others.

Their level of service is second to none in what we experienced in Thailand and in many places in fact. We start with a natural flower necklace and a welcome drink, plus a cold towel with lemongrass scent. Fabulous. The room was spacious, well stocked (around 6 bottles of their own water, minibar, toiletries, bathtub and shower, safe, roves, slippers, hairdryer), large balcony, perfect shower. We got two keys so one was powering the AC and keeping the room cool for our arrival each day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and genuinely cared to say hello ad we passed every day and to ask if we need anything. By the end of the trip we were on first name basis. Everything was a ten out of ten. Before we left they sent us the sweetest goodbye message on the app (download the app it is really good) and offered late checkout. They also left us flowers and a scent of Pimalai in the room on the last night as scent is the longest lasting memory. The dive centre on the grounds was a great bonus and without expecting to dive whilst in Koh Lanta, we managed to do two dives in one day whilst at Pimalai. The beach is long. We saw a couple get engaged and have a beautiful engagement dinner with tiki torches and a decorated covered area so if you're looking for something special they have that experience too. Note: we didn't encounter any mosquitos in Koh Lanta - unusual compared to what we experienced in other parts of Thailand. The experience at Pimalai made us want to go back to Koh Lanta again. The staff set up a piece of elaborate towel art in the shape of a birthday cake adorned with flowers and wrote 'Happy Birthday' when they made up our room. They must have looked at my passport and realised it was my birthday during our stay. Now that's attention to detail, plus the towel cake was very impressive, I don't know where they teach towel art but wow! Oh and the hotel is immaculate and the room service is like someone delivering a restaurant to your door, will definitely recommend to others!

Good location. Travel office and rent office near reception. Very nice view from bungalow... beach and sea... only 15 meters. Breakfast good !!! Really good quality for the price !!!

The hotel is located right on the beach. The main swimming pool area is super cozy and all in all great care is put in keeping the garden and other surroundings.

Hotelli on erittäin siisti. Sijainti Klong Nin -rannalla on mielestäni täydellinen. Hotellissa on loistava allas aivan rannan tuntumassa. Hotellin ravintola on laadukas. Aamupala on hyvä. Majoituimme beach front -bungalowissa, josta on nimensä veroisesti vain muutama askel hiekkarannalle, kuten myös altaalle. Myös allasnäkymällä varustetut bungalowit näyttivät hyvältä. Bungalow on erittäin tilava. Illallisen voi syödä hiekkarannalle asetetuissa pöydissä lyhdyn valossa.

Ranta bungalow erittäin siisti, tilava ja viihtyisä sekä oma terassi mahtava rentouttavaan oleiluun. Sänky erittäin hyvä ja erilaisia tyynyvaihtoehtoja tarjolla. Allasalue viihtyisä jossa aina mukavasti tilaa sekä ranta ihan vieressä. Aamupala erittäin monipuolinen ja laadukas. Voin lämpimästi suositella jos haluaa satsata lomalla hotelliin ja siellä viihtymiseen.

Very large property that is spread out so you never feel like it is crowded. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. Beds are comfy. Lots of hot water. Friendly, hard working staff. Close to some little convenience stores accessible by the beach. Saladan Pier and shops are a 10 minutes away by Tuk.
