Pool access room is awesome, with nice private porch with table & chairs for dining, playing games & what not. Also lounging type chairs. Smart TV & fridge also in room.
Each room has a water heater in the shower so you've got all the hot water you want, or don't want. Easily adjustable.
POOL: long, gorgeous, amazing & super clean.
LOCATION: ideal. Close to walk to a couple great restaurants, where I ate every meal. 711 down the road & a 5 minute walk to Khlong Khong beach. Long, gorgeous, soft sand, swimmable, with lively beach bars & music all the way down. Oh & perfect sunset spot.
VALUE FOR MONEY: Beyond a 10/10
Im not in great shape, nor a big walker, but you don't need to be if staying here. Its just off the main road, so it's peaceful & quiet, while still being close to everything, including a weed shop on the corner. Tuk Tuks easily available, or rent a scooter if you want. I didn't rent a scooter & felt fine getting where I needed to.

United StatesIt was beautiful and modern hostel/hotel. The breakfast/brunch was so good! Try the pesto toast, and the pad Thai, and the Italian Sodas. The family that runs it are wonderful people who shows us great hospitality and friendship. They made it very easy to book excursions and know the right places to go. Definitely went the extra mile for us❤️ also so close to the beach and great restaurants/bars.

His attention to detail and willingness to explain the concepts and inspirations behind everything added a personal touch that made every meal unforgettable.
The resort itself is beautifully designed, reflecting a balance of sustainability and elegance. Everything, from the eco-conscious practices to the experiences offered, shows a deep commitment to preserving the natural surroundings while offering comfort luxury.
A special mention to Mr.Golf and Mr.Nico, whose smiles and care make us want to come back asap. We can’t wait to return!

-the hotel is very beautiful and modern.
-the location is marvelous. The beach is 7-8 minutes walking, the area is not busy but at the same time entertaining . The night market and cafes with live music are worth visiting.
In general, I’m in love with Krabi. I would never go to Pa Tong after!
-Very very warm-hearted people that helped us with everything! The team is very friendly and you can see a very healthy working culture within! Cute people at reception , restaurant, pool bar, housekeeping.

Absolutely everything. Noi L. in Reception was incredibly helpful in extending our stay, helping with Premier membership and outbound boat transfers, wonderfully personifying 5-star service, other staff were exemplary including Mai (arranged a special final cabana dinner on the beach for us), Fang and Eid at Rak Talay, Rut at Seven Seas and Meen at the pool.

We had high expectations for Krabi and Ao Nang, and the...
We had high expectations for Krabi and Ao Nang, and the sunset was genuinely spectacular, but the visit left us disappointed. The area feels crowded and not particularly Thai or relaxing. Most restaurants and stalls aren’t Thai owned or operated, and staff were pushy, stopping people on the street and handing out menus. Oddly, very few places served actual Thai food, mostly low-quality Western dishes and generic Indian food. Prices were outrageous, more like Europe than an island premium. The main street was loud and chaotic, with nightclubs blasting music and boxing promoters driving around with speakers. After two months in Thailand, Ao Nang was by far the least Thai place we visited.

Koh Phi Phi is great.
Koh Phi Phi is great. If the weather had been better, then I would have preferred to have more time for outdoor activities. Since it was not good, there was only so much you can do on this tiny island. I stayed at the Relax Resort and would not have changed my selection. It was so pretty! The snorkeling just outside our door was surprisingly good.
There are so many activities to choose from during your stay.
We took a speedboat to Koh Phi Phi from Krabi and again from Koh Phi Phi to Phuket. Both were pleasant and fast.

Various secured beaches, lots of greenery but also a little run down in places. Trips to Koh Rok and Koh Haa excellent for snorkelling. Nothing to see in sea here sadly. Lovely food from many restaurants. Klong Nin I felt was the perfect choice in middle of island, quite but lots to see. Easy to explore but tuk tuk more exp. National park and monkeys worth seeing as is old town. Drove to Lanta Noi across bridge, very rustic and traditional. I’d highly recommend spending some time here

Krabi Airport :-Be sure to have some baht notes if you're taking a driver or taxi to your hotel- there are ATMs at Krabi airport but easier if you have cash
The Friday & Saturday food markets are great for Thai foods of all sorts
Take a long boat ride from along the riverside - a couple of hours touring the river and surrounds for 50 - 100 AUD

Really beautiful area with SO much to explore on foot and by boat. Walking street is amazing. Phra Nang beach is gorgeous but a little busy at times. Tonsai beach is worth the walk to get there. Amazing trip we loved it and would absolutely go back. Do a longtail boat tour private to see some islands, take a climbing lesson!

On a rainy day it is boring as f... Very early morning at sunrise is the best time to walk on the beach and take pics. There are very few small shops and mostly mediocre restaurants and massage places

I’m completely biased.
I’m completely biased. I loved everything and everyone involved in the place.
No favourite thing. Many favourite things.
Jungle, sea, boats cars tuk tuk and all.
Most importantly I had the best guided tours on offer. Thank you. One and all.

Although the staff and location are great.
Although the staff and location are great. They double charged for our room as we reserve through Booking with our Credit Card but then we paid cash( yes I kept the receipt) then later after I reviewed my statement they had charged my CC. I reached out to them 1st per bookings police’s but they didn’t respond. I spent hours on the phone with booking uploading documentation, etc and still nothing is resolved. I am also frustrated with Booking!

We visited in early December and it was still pretty quiet. Beautiful beach and snorkelling. Trip to emerald cave was brilliant! We booked our tour and speedboat through the lady just outside of Koh Ngai KaimukThong Resort and she was brilliant! The resort staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was good and cheap compared to other restaurants (though they were also great, just a bit more $).

Wish there was a table and chairs in the room to sit instead of a lounge chair. Electrical outlets are old and not working, only 2 outlets seem to work off and on.
Sewage smell is strong.
A bit over priced for our stay compared to what we paid for much nicer hotel in Bangkok.
