ThailandVery good valued-for-money hotel! The location is a bit far from main road or public transportation but we drove so it was no issue. We arrived late at night but the staff was ready. There is a small snack corner for us to shop, too.
Room and toilet is super clean! Very new and well - decorated which you normally do not get it from this price. Breakfast is OK but again, this is a very good value already in our opinion.
Staff and cleaning persons' service was very good. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

No working ATMs can be a problem if you don't have scan and pay. I don't like carrying that much cash. Other than that, its a perfect quiet get away. Everything i needed was in walking distance. Rayong is a not too big city on the Gulf of Thailand with great beaches. what I miss is good restaurants and coffee houses. it is all very Thai, not clean, a lot is broken and will never be repaired. streets are good, Thai driving crazy and dangerous. Thailand is the number one in road accidents and casualties in the world. This resort has it all, perfect accommodations, price, restaurants. When things get back to normal again, they will have a coffee, cake shop, souvenier shop, multiple swimming pools and very clean beach. Mostly very hospitable staff. I have returned there many, many times and it has never been a disappointment ever. Almost feel like family when we go there now, everyone who has stayed remembers us. Simply the best hotel we have ever stay at. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast great. Had a Cobb salad for the first time in the restaurant. Woukd highly recommend it. Beach garbage a bit normal amount. Not too dirty but you can never get too much of cleanliness. Cleanliness can always be improved. We brought a lot of food so not much buying around from eateries. Koh Samed has changed quite a bit over the years.
Koh Samed has changed quite a bit over the years. It now feels much more like a tourist hot spot than a quiet island escape… and it’s still developing. You can still find only moderately-populated powder white beaches however, with some of the best local on-beach restaurants anywhere in the country. And it’s only 50B for a shaded deckchair all day. In terms of negatives it can become overpopulated on weekends, and in the high season, and can be very scruffy in places when you go in land. You can if you want go from Rayong Tour and one stop on the sky train go to Sawanabuhmi airport for 195baht.
