This hotel was amazing!! It’s right on the beach with cozy beach chairs, a bar and restaurant connected with good food/drinks, and a gorgeous pool. You can bring your breakfast outside to one of the bar’s patio tables to feel the breeze and watch men walk by leading horses and camels. The staff were so lovely - Fatma at reception was incredibly helpful especially considering my language barrier (I don’t speak French/Arabic), and even the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and always said good morning to me and gave me the biggest smiles. I loved everything about this place. At first I thought I’d need to suck it up and pay for wifi in my room, since it only works in the lobby and courtyard, but I’m glad I didn’t - it was nice to be disconnected from social media for a while!

This is my second stay in this beautiful hotel , I'm feeling so sad to leave this lovely atmosphere full of positive energy . Kindness of personnel and management make me feel at home , animation team drive me crazy with all activities they did during the day and night show as well.     All the staff at the hotel, including those at the reception (particularly Mr. Bassam Ben Attia and Mr. Fathi from Zarzis, who were very welcoming and super friendly while being very professional), restaurant, animation team, cleaning service, pool, and beach, were outstanding ! They treated us with exceptional politeness, genuine smiles, and a high level of service. The hotel itself is beautiful, well located, safe, and impeccably clean, offering all the facilities one could need. We loved strolling around the property and participating in the various interesting animation sessions that were led by dynamic, energetic, joyful and super hard working young men. The food was truly exceptional; we relished the diverse, delicious, clean and super freshly prepared meals throughout the day. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and deeply appreciated the experience. I will definitely book a room at this hotel again and invite my friends to visit Djerba and stay here as well ! Many thanks to everyone for making this experience at the hotel truly exceptional 🙏❤️

    The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the pool area was nice and big. The hotel grounds were lovely and there were all kinds of activities. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet in our room. The food was decent, not excellent but good enough. Overall it was great value for money and we would recommend it!

    The graffiti art in Djerbahood is definitely worth visiting as is the nearby ancient synagogue. Hamt soukh is interesting but beware of some of the traders as they can be so pushy and hence over priced. Dont be afraid to bargain hard. There are some amazing quiet beaches that are off the beaten track that taxis will take you too and pick up and they are so inexpensive it is cheaper than getting a hire car. We had a four hour tour with a driver for only £35. We visited during Rammadan so there were limitations of bars and restaurants but not at the hotels.

    Djerba is a beautifully, calm and relaxing island with good weather and lots of activities to enjoy. Most things are absolute value for money with food options plenty. The island is pretty easy to get around although for convenience, I’d recommend hiring a car.

    Nice friendley neighbours and nearby shops . it was great being in an apartment so I was able to cater for myself it gave me the freedom of doing what I wanted. Taxis prices were really affordable and a local bus service was available to get around the island.

    Djerba was a real dissapointment for us: everything dirty (resorts ar perhaps better), we wet to restaurant with name: Restaurant Savana. It was real disaster: very expensive, so unfriendly person who brought us food, everything was burnt, he didn´t bring us new plates (only small ones were there), at the end he charged us also for service... We strongly recomend to avoid that restaurant.
