My booking was ( nun refundable ) type and I got a problem with my flight so I couldn’t arrive at the date I booked so I contacted the resort And they changed my booking date with no price difference although it was a high season and that was very generous from them
Also when I stayed at the resort my baby son accidentally broke the ashtray and they refused to make fine or penalty for that
And that the way they build a strong base of loyal customers I will definitely will stay again in xanadu resort and of course will recommend it to my friends

I spent a wonderful vacation with my family at Selectum Luxury Resort, and overall it was an excellent experience. The resort offers top-notch facilities, outstanding service, and great attention to detail. The food was delicious, varied, and of high quality. The beach and pools were beautiful and well-maintained, and the décor throughout the property was luxurious and tasteful.
The Aqua Park is absolutely fantastic – fun and safe for both kids and adults, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
A special thanks to Amir, one of the staff members, who was extremely professional, helpful, and always smiling – he truly made our stay even better.
The only point for improvement would be the room conditions – they could use more maintenance and attention, especially when it comes to some of the facilities and the air conditioning.
Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend this resort for families looking for comfort, fun, and relaxation.

I must acknowledge that the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The housekeeping staff ensured that the premises were well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment throughout my stay. The hotel staff to was extremely supportive and responsive. The facilities were also impressive. From well-equipped fitness centers to recreational areas, the hotel offers a wide range of amenities that cater to various interests. Additionally, the availability of daily activities provided ample opportunities for guests to engage and make the most of their stay. One aspect that I cannot overlook is the food. The gastronomical experience at buffet surpassed my expectations. The diverse and delicious menu offerings were truly a delight to the taste buds.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. After a few attempts I finally found the place where I want to come back again and again. Very well maintained facilities, pristinely clean rooms, very decent food. What really stands out is the personnel and service. Very professional and client oriented. Whatever wish you have, it is executed with lightning speed. Do not forget ti visit the spa, it is amazing. Special kudos to Ekaterina from Guest Relations and Bayram from Spa.

We never made it to the town centre as we were on a short break. Land of Legends is what most people come for. Our Grandchildren loved the park. The shopping centre is first class with a huge range of shops to choose from. There are some excellent restaurants, with prices to suit most budgets. The light and water shows in the centre were fantastic.

The hotels in Belek are beautiful and well-maintained, and the Land of Legends is definitely worth visiting. The beach is also clean and enjoyable.
Be cautious with taxis and small shops that don’t display prices. There are many scams – I once forgot to ask the price for a glass of orange juice and ended up paying $10! Taxis often reject Uber and give unfair prices.
