MalaysiaI was so pleasantly surprised with our stay. The room was sufficient for my friend and I and the bathroom was MASSIVE. The water pressure was great and hot water was consistent. Breakfast was included in our stay and that was important so we could start off our early mornings in Cappadocia. There was a young hotel staff always running about tending to guest and offering tea, he was a great help and joy to have around. The view from the carpet terrace and basically anywhere you looked out from was simply breathtaking. The overall design of the hotel was something I'd never seen before and was pleasantly surprised by it. I really liked the vibes! They also allowed us to keep our luggages at the hotel until our flight at 11pm. The location though not right in the centre of town, was close enough to walk to (about 5-10 minutes) and we actually really enjoyed our walk to/from the town centre, especially after a meal. We met neighbours and looked at the other properties on the way there! Do note it is not a "cave hotel" if that's something you want. I didn't and it definitely met my expectations. Personally, I truly enjoyed our stay at Garden Suites Hotel. It's great for the value and left me with a warm feeling in my heart. Thank you for the great stay!

A nice breakfast setup, some good selections, nice warm cosy environment in the restaurant. The receptionists were great too. Clean room, and the furniture goes very well with the cave style rooms.

The staff of the hotel were so hospitable, courteous, warm, and professional. The on-site restaurant is very good and a must-try. We visited during winter, so we appreciated that the shower water was perfectly warm and that the room heater did its job. All work perfectly.
Reception runs 24hs and they were really kind, explaining all the possible options and places to visit when we arrived. Usually nobody takes the time to assist with that but they did.
Breakfast is really tasty, with a lot of homemade options; although you should know that you have to climb two stairs to reach there. Still, if this is not a problem for you, the view gets better and better :)

we’ve had an amazing stay here and we would love to visit again!! it literally felt like visiting friends or family, the staff were so friendly and the place was homey and comfortable! the boutique hotel had 8 rooms only, with a nice terrace, and a kitchen/ common area for breakfast etc. I imagine it would be so nice for balloons viewing, although we were very unlucky that the balloons were cancelled during the week of our stay due to weather conditions. honestly we can’t thank the guys enough for making our stay memorable and sooo amazing! they suggested places to visit and were very prompt with responses on the app msgs and even with assisting us with restaurants rsvp and tours as well! they also had an amazing Turkish breakfast!

We had a real amazing stay in the hotel. The accommodation is beautiful, with great rooms and terraces. The breakfast was really delicious with lots of variety, good coffee and great egg dishes. What really stood out is the stuff working there. Everyone was super friendly and eager to help. Josef checked us in early (without extra payment) with the greatest mood and lots of laughter. Al and Nuri made us smile every time we saw them and really showed what great hospitality looks like. We dont know the names of the other workers but they too were very friendly. All in all we highly recommend the place and know where we will stay when we come back!

Ideal Location, Great Views, Beautiful Terrace panoramic view for morning Balloons Watching. Breakfast was also good. We were upgraded to the Honeymoon 2 level Suite. We celebrated our daughter’s 3rd year Birthday on the terrace, and the restaurant boy did some arrangement setup (complimentary) for taking birthday pictures. It was a wonderful and memorable trip. Sultan Cave was next door and we went for dinner and day time snacks which had panoramic views and amazing food n service.

Breakfast was exceptional - one of the best I've ever had at a hotel! The front desk staff helped us with everything from booking taxis to arranging tours. When a family member got sick, they were supportive with transportation to/from the hospital, and a discount when we couldn't stay in the room due to his illness. The service from staff like Mohammed was wonderful - he was very friendly and I felt like we were friends just after 3 days. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Good location, safe even for night walks.
Located at the center of Goreme, mini marts and grocery stores, restaurants, souvenir shops, cafès, bars are nearby.
But still, its free of all the buzz and noise from the outside.
All the staff I met were all nice and friendly.
I booked this for the location, the hot air balloons are visible from the terrace / rooftop, even from my bedroom window.
So, all in all its a fun, refreshing, peaceful experience for me.

We had an amazing stay at Koza Cave Hotel. The staff were all so wonderful, and the hotel was beautiful. We especially loved Ozgur and his wife Elif. Elif took us for a tour on our first day and her love for Cappadocia and it’s history really showed. We could not have had a better introduction to this place. These two really made our trip. Highly recommend Koza Cave Hotel.

Stunning, unique landscape.
Stunning, unique landscape. Easy to walk around the town - it’s relatively small with not too much traffic. There are some great walks, although you need transport to get to some of them. If you can’t afford to do the balloon flights, the next best thing is to climb the hill with the Turkish flag on it (you can’t miss it) just before sunrise and watch the balloons from there - it’s worth getting up early for. There is a small charge to climb the hill as it’s on private land.

Nice little town with loads of places to see but the theme is more or less the same, different shape stones in different places and valleys.
The balloon experience, either in or off, is amazing to see.

Urgup is small town but has a lot of very nice local restaurants, no chains!!
A number of small shops selling local produce and the usual souvenir shops. Is you want a lot of hustle and bustle choose somewhere else but if you want somewhere a little more chilled and authentic this is the place.

It is a lovely small town next to Goreme (famous for the hot air balloon rides and pointed rock structures) so its a short ride away with none of the hustle and bustle of a touristy town. It has many local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, to eat at without breaking the bank.
There is a promenade with on the river with jungle gyms and play areas for little kids. And fishing is also possible from the banks of the river.

Ortahisar is a beautiful little town. It’s quite quiet but a short taxi ride into slightly busier Goreme. I’m glad we stayed in Ortahisar though as it was much more relaxing and quaint. Hisarönü Restaurant was our favourite place to eat - fantastic food, lovely Cappadocian wine and shisha. We even got given a free slice of cake as it was the owners birthday. Highly recommend!

- Schedule the balloon ride at least one hour before sunset.
The red and green tour is a must to do also, but pay attention inside the stores they will guide you, it is everything more expansive in those stores.
If you are looking some asian food go to Quick China, reasonable prices and good quality, if you looking for some nice steaks, go to Wood Fire Steakhouse.

Great location for accessing the Cappadocia region, activities and trails. Good, little town center with a variety of cuisines to choose from. The Uchisar castle is at the heart of town and wirth a visit.
