Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Chef Emrah was especially helpful and spoke good English which made everything from ski hire to special requests much smoother. Staff went above and beyond to help, offering rides to/from the hotel to the ski lifts (which is usually just a 2 minute walk), took on suggestions for breakfast/dinner options, and accommodated late checkout. Staying at Balsoy was like staying at a second home, highly recommend.

Amazing host who was very accommodating and wanted me to have a nice stay, the rooms were very fresh and felt brand new very nice bed linins and free water and coffee in the rooms. Free breakfast that was good also. All in all great value for money and I will be coming back.
