In the beginning, l was a bit hesitant to book since there weren’t any reviews yet, the hotel just opened. But when l arrived, l was pleasently suprised. The hotel is fantastic and everything loka just köke the photos. The rooms are big, with comfortable beds and seaview. Breakfast was great and dinner was very delicious. They have good cocktails, strong WiFİ, so l could update my socials. The staff is friendly, good service. This place is a true gem for anyone looking for beachfront hotel that’s slightly away from hustle and bustle. Highly recommended!

First of all, let's start with the welcome: driver on time at the airport, arrival at the facility with an excellent welcome from the manager Eva with a drink and even the owner Ahmet, who ensures us all the useful information in a clear way. we immediately notice that the structure is managed in a family way but with every security (private police always present within the perimeter) and precision. spacious, comfortable rooms, excellent mattresses, clean bathrooms, mosquito nets on the doors/windows and around the bed. excellent catering, varied and excellently cooked fish menu. Mineral water, tea, coffee always available. great advice and contacts for dedicated guides for exclusive private tours but with the right cost. location just a few minutes walk from the best beaches. thanks to Ahmet and his dream team. we will be back soon. PS: not so many reviews but all of them are from real happy customers!!

First of, the hotel is very modern and designed with attention to every details. The rooms are very spacious and cosy. The beds were supercomfy with high quality linnen. Breakfast is a la carte and the choices and quality were amazing. We really enjoyed the free morning yoga classes with Agnes. It's a few minutes to the beach, but they provide a free shuttle service. However, the pool area is very relaxing and you could order food&drinks. Lastly, but not least, all the staff were superfriendly and trained in hospitality. We had high expectations with a 9,7 rating, but they managed to exceed it. Don't hesitate, this is a gem.

I liked everything, but especially I liked that it’s relaxing, ecological friendly, and very peaceful place. When you arrive here, it’s like another world. View from the room is stunning. Internet works good everywhere at this territory, only you need to change access point, but I’m glad it worked very well compared to another parts of the island. Electricity was all the time available, even if it was on the island. So it was safe place to be. Especially I want to point out great and tasty food. I think it was the best food ever. Everything you need is here, staff will help you in each and every question. Massage is another thing what I can point. Very good. Two pools, so you can choose where to swim. Great view from the restaurant.

    Fantastic place, we stayed here for 5 days and it great. We had the all inclusive option and we certainly recommend that. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic with great variety. Remember that many good deinks arw also included in the all inclusive. There are also alternative restaurant, the Italian one was wonderful. The staff are really good and hospitality is top notch. We also recommend the see food restaurant if you like that, the cheff is amazing with long experience from Hyatt chain you will be blown away. There are also entertainment programs for kids and it ia a very safe place for the whole family, the parents can relax while kids can run around, play and bathe in the pool. The gym is also good and it has all the necessary equipment. I should also mention Irfan the manager, he is so professional, service minded and caring.

    What was there not to like? Everything was perfect. We went on our honeymoon and had an amazing time. Our room was very big but confy at the same time. The pool has the right size and the sunbeds are to die for. A lot of natural shades were a big plus ( the sun is so strong that we could only be in the shades ) The bathroom is amazing.!!! The outdoor shower is great to cooldown during the day and the bathtub is perfect for a relaxing bath during the hottest hours of the day We left the room to go for breakfast and dinner. Otherwise the room has everything you need. A cofee maker, a water heater, bottles of water are given every day, fruit

    Bluebay Beach is a lovely resort with a nice beach front. The meals were very good with a large variety of dishes. During dinner and afterwards there are shows and music for entertainment. All in all a great stay. Just a note if you have problems walking up the stairs - ask for one of the bungalows close to the main building, as some buildings are really up high (with a beautiful view though). Highlight was the Aqua fitness and the coconut demonstrations. We learned a lot!

    We spent our honeymoon I this hotel and everything was outstanding. Clean rooms and facilities, very friendly staff who are adaptive and flexible to meet all your needs. Food was great, option to eat at the beach. The place offered various activities during the day/evening so you can't get bored. Tried the SPA (couple program) which was good value for money. Also booked the romantic dinner on tthe beach, which was outstanding. Staff was very helpful with organising it

    This is by far the best resort in Zanzibar, everything was beyond our expectations. The beach and the views are absolutely incredible, very rich breakfast, extremely delicious food, very clean and luxurious villa and everything is TOP!!!     Very friendly and helpful staff - reception, security, beach area staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Great private beach area with comfortable sunbeds and no interference from the guys selling tours thanks to the security guard keeping a close watch on things. Really tasty food with good price/value. Rooftop bar was the perfect place to watch the sunset each evening.

    Truly enjoyed the pristine beach and the laid back nature of the place. Totally enjoyed several meals at Fish Restaurant which were absolutely delicious. I tried Kingfish, Changu, Perch, White Snapper, Prawns etc. The seafood was phenomenal. We also enjoyed seeing the turtles and the artwork at several curio shops. Also enjoyed an early morning boat ride seeing the dolphins. I can't believe how fast time went by. Looking forward to visiting Zanzibar again.

    Activities are great but most places are teeming with tourists. It's probably better to be taken for activities privately (price will be about the same anyways). Better to book through existing tour operators because the freelance guides always add extra onto the price. Night Food market is a must but be careful not to be ripped off, they just handed you plates of food & then charged a ridiculous amount afterwards. Cape Town Fish Market is a must for a sunset dinner. Prison Island & Nakupenda was average, they were overrun with people. The Spice Farms & Slave Chambers are a must to understand the passed history & Coral Caves have stunning natural pools to swim in deep underground. The North has Mnemba Island, great for snorkeling. The East is windy & good for Kite Surfing. The South is supposed to be good for deepsea fishing but myself & another group only caught white Snapper, no Game Fish.

    Kiwengwa is a perfect place to spend time with the family. Exquisit nature, kind people and the best food. Boat trips, beach activities, village strolls, getting to know the culture of local people who are very knowlegeable about the natural agriculture and extreemly kind and nice. We loved every minute of our stay at Kiwengwa.

    Matemwe is ideal for relaxing and spending quality time with friends and family. Matemwe is near Mnemba island 🏝️ for swimming with dolphins 🐬 . We rode bicycles 🚲 around the village and the place felt very safe. There are few alternative places for lunch or dinner. Not too far from stone town.

    The location is great, just a minute from the ocean, there are a lot restaurants both expensive and very local ones, no issues with electricity, hot shower and air-con and the safe box. Card and cash payment is acceptable. Very safe to stay and walk around even at night, the owner is very kind and trustworthy. Very basic breakfast but it OK, no TV and fridge in the room, internet is breaking so often especially in the room, but it works perfectly at the balcony. It is very budget friendly and highly recommend it.

    I loved that it was a proper reflection of the Island in...

    I loved that it was a proper reflection of the Island in that you took home the beauty of the place and kindness of the people. It was not loud or noisy and had very few touristy hotels and vendors hassling you

    This is not a touristy location... it is off the beaten...

    This is not a touristy location... it is off the beaten track... a village, by the sea, with an increasing number of resorts being added. I hope it does not lose its charm to the crowds. This is a quiet, special place.

    Michamvi is good for relaxing and enjoying .

    Michamvi is good for relaxing and enjoying . There are few vendors and they are not disturbing you and friendly. We stayed 25 days at Kikoi Boutique Resort and arranged all excursions on Zanzibar as well as a Safari with Sir Alex at Kikoi for reasonable prices and with good service . Their Cook Mister Mahaveer Sing is a real Master Chef and we enjoyed every meal he prepared us . Compliments to all the people working there. You made our stay unfogettable.
